Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.

Biggest issue was the fact that I had requested a non-smoking room for my family with small kids but seemed like the room and the entire floor was for smokers.
