"Good room with clean comfortable bed. Bathroom had a good shower. There was a tv in the room and hairdryer in the bathroom. No tea or coffee facilities in the room but I was able to buy it at the bar and take back to the room in a takeaway cup. There was also a free drinking water machine on the floor and a vending machine with drinks and snacks, if you wanted them. Just behind the hotel is a small supermarket too. There was a noisy school party on my room which disturbed me the first couple of nights but the hotel gave me an alternative room when I asked to move. Ate dinner in the restaurant the first night and it was very good. Lovely staff and good service from everyone. Close to metro and some bars, restaurants and bakeries nearby. Good for transport links too."

"Check-in was easy and straightforward. The desk held our bags as we'd arrived early. Staff was helpful throughout our stay and our room was well cleaned and serviced daily with fresh bottled water each day. The spa amenities were wonderful and we utilized them daily. The trip through the underground tunnel to get to the spa wasn't bad. Breakfast we had a split opinion on - I enjoyed it, my wife did not. Plenty of options each day, but YMMV. The on-site restaurant I can only comment on the service as I just had a beer, but service was good. Location is of course wonderful on the island. Very peaceful and still easy access to the center of the city by bus and then tram. I would stay again and recommend this for couples and families."

"I requested a balcony that had a nice view and the lady at reception was very kind to arrange it so I had an amazing view of the parliament building. Rooms are a good size, clean. It’s much quieter on the Buda side but there was a metro station very near by making it easy to get to the attractions on the Pest side. We will be back!"
