"Staff were excellent and always friendly and helpful. Facilities were excellent and the standard of food was good. Location was good, on the outskirts of the port but easy to walk and buses frequent. Ample parking onsite."

"I have stayed at the Imperial Hotel on numerous occasions and always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of choice for breakfast. The views from the restaurant are spectacular. I choose this hotel mainly because it is close to my family who live nearby and also it has a regular bus service."
