This 110m2 apartment is located 3 km from the city centre of Sarlat La Canéda and 2km from the shops.

We offer you a pleasant house with exclusive access to the ground floor. The other levels of the house are not available.

It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, terrace with garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue.

Three bedrooms that open onto a balcony. First bedroom: 1 bed 140. Second bedroom: 1 bed 140. Third bedroom: 3 beds 90 including a bunk bed.

Our cottage offers a private heated swimming pool of 32m2 with a terrace, deckchairs, as well as many activities for all: a ping-pong table, a swing for children and football goals.

On the other side of the road, you have access to 4 hectares of wooded areas and meadows, in the middle of which you will find, ping-pong table, swing, but also, volleyball net, petanque court, picnic table.

During your stay, my team is available to provide you with advice on walks, outings, good gastronomic addresses, a pet-sitting service possible depending on the period.

Other notes:

- Linen is not provided. Possibility to rent some (enquire when booking).

Dogs accepted under certain conditions: Presentation of an up-to-date vaccination and antiparasitic record. No dogs are allowed to walk around without leaving or to remain alone in the rental. Sofas and beds cannot be used as bedding. Excrement will be collected by the owner and thrown in the trash. Noisy animals are not accepted. An additional charge of €35 will be requested on arrival.

Our holiday cottage is in ecological transition, we ensure through our management of green spaces to preserve the flora and fauna by keeping "refuge" areas, by practising late mowing and by totally excluding chemical weedkillers and other insecticides. As far as cleaning products are concerned, we are attentive to their composition.
