Lovely Place in Center of Sarlat

This is a great two-bedroom, two-bathroom place to stay in Sarlat (though note that the second bedroom / bathroom is up some stairs).There is metered parking out front (free at night), and it's a quick walk to all the wonderful restaurants and shops in Sarlat. The hosts live next door and are very accommodating. You will enjoy yourself if you stay here!

On the edge of the medaeval city

Excellently located comfortable lodging within walking distance of all the key areas. Lovely hosts who are responsive to their guests needs and very respectful of their privacy. Charming private terrace for afternoon tea. Some steep stairs to the second bedroom but good handrails. Would return if staying in Sarlat.

Loved Sarlat

We loved the location. The apartment was sweet, but needed a little repair, ie. the upstairs toilet. The access to the upstairs bedroom was tight but doable for us. We loved the hosts, very nice people and they were attentive to our needs.

The house was great! It has been updated, but there are still some great characteristics that keep this historical charm. The hosts were extremely helpful, especially when the roads were closed and we couldn’t find parking on Bastille Day. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect!

This house has the perfect location, right in the center of town. It is a medieval house, but renovated and comfortable. Parking was no problem. The owners live next door and are a wonderful couple, extra helpful and friendly. Hope we can visit again someday!

Cinta, the property owner, was very helpful. She warmly invited us and helped us acclimate with the area. The location of this property is located right in the historic medieval city of Sarlat-la-caneda. The house is very functional and clean. The area is quiet, safe, and accessible. Overall, it was a pleasant 2 night stay for us.

La maison est très bien située, en bordure du centre historique de Sarlat. Elle est d'accès facile, avec parking (payant comme partout) juste en face de la maison. La cour ombragée située à l'arrière est très sympa, mais nous n'avons pas pu en profiter compte tenu des faibles températures de cette fin septembre. Dommage également que le système de chauffage ait été HS le jour de notre venue, mais Cinta, hôte sympathique et réactive, nous a fourni radiateur d'appoint et couettes supplémentaires. Le chauffage a été rétabli dès le lendemain.

Idéalement situé, le logement est propre, la terrasse est charmante. A noter: la chambre de l'étage est accessible par un escalier étroit et pentu.

Belle ville à découvrir

Nous etions de passage à Sarlat, une escale de 3 jours et nous ne le regrettons pas! Tres belle ville entre modernité et histoire.. Nous avons été accueillis par Cinta, une charmante personne, bienveillante, soucieuse du confort de ses invités. La maison est propre, et bien équipée pour un petit sejour. Je recommande !
