  • In the heart of the Dordogne, discover four beautiful houses at only 600m from the historical center of Sarlat, its markets, animations and its numerous gastronomic restaurants. All of them have been decorated with care and are equipped with all modern comforts to guarantee a pleasant stay to each guest.
    The Marqueysac house has a main room with a living room with sofa bed, TV and an open kitchen (gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and refrigerator/freezer, washing machine).

    The bedroom has a double bed (160cm), and an opening on the garden. The bathroom and the toilet are separate.

    Outside the terrace offers garden furniture and a barbecue. Moreover a large, sunny and secure swimming pool awaits you.
    The wifi is available in the house and at the pool.

    You can park at the front of the house and also in the shaded parking at the back.
    This property is located on a large wooded plot of land in a quiet area.
