    A spacious living room of 90m2 includes kitchen, dining room and living room with 3 sofas.
    The villa is fully air-conditioned.
    A large terrace with awning allows you to enjoy meals in the shade.
    A gas plancha is at your service, and the heated swimming pool from May to September (if the weather is favourable) also has a pergola.
    All shops can be reached in 10/15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car.

Spacieuse, tranquille, bien-equipée

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette gîte moderne, entourée de jardins et de verdure. Nous avons tous l'habitude de marcher, alors la distance depuis le centre de Sarlat (1,8 km) ne nous a pas dérangée. Les salles d'eau/de bains privatives nous permettaient de nous préparer tranquillement, sans se bousculer. La cuisine était parfaite. C'était un peu trop tôt pour profiter de la piscine - nous attendrons la prochaine fois!
