As always , the staff is so friendly . They go out of their way to make your experience nice . We like the second floor . We like to sit on the balcony and use the pool so we request the second ,and they make sure we get that. Soon as you walk into four points you can smell how clean and fresh they keep it.

Overall, this is a great hotel for families. The swimming pool was a big plus, and both the kids and adults enjoyed it. What really stood out for us was that a family of five (2 adults and 3 children) could stay comfortably in one room. This was actually the main reason we chose this hotel. Most other hotels require a family of five to book two rooms, which can be inconvenient when you have young children and want to stay together, while also adding significantly to the cost. Being able to have everyone in one room made our stay much more convenient and affordable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

We were here for a family event and couldn't be happy with our stay at Four Points. Right from our checkin to our checkout everything was perfect. The staff were exceptionally friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, the pool was clean and relaxing and breakfast was tasty and filling. It was a great stay overall and would definitely stay here again.

Rented a 1 bedroom suite, very spacious and clean. Loved that the window shades are completely blacked out, it made for an excellent sleep! We were a little concerned at the close proximity to the elevator but our sleep was not disrupted at all! Staff was friendly and accommodating.. We would definitely stay here again!!
