When I phoned the number I found the lady told me it stopped operating long ago. She said I must claim refund from the website that did the booking for me. If you check out early, there's no key drop-off at the remote access gate, so you have to park your vehicle in the driveway, blocking the gate from closing, then run back and drop the key in the reception area. After producing the receipt and proof of payment I was allowed to go to the room.
The room heater was on in the middle of summer and to my frustration there was no working remote to off the heater.
Ac not working and had to kill quite a few mosquitoes.
No attention by the staff and very poorly trained.
