"We spent a wonderful time in this cozy, little cottage. The house was equipped with everything for our daily needs. We especially loved spending time on the roof terrace with this amazing view of the sea and the surroundings. Markus and Esther are lovely hosts. Markus gave us lot of useful tips for activities in the area which we really appreciated."

The house is situated on a high location with amazing views and the dock is down a path to the water, making it nice to take a dip. The house is spacious, and well equipped for large groups. The surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful. It’s a lovely place in the Swedish archipelago. "

"Would absolutely recommend this cottage. Compact, but we were 5 (3 kids 2 adults), and never felt like we were on top of each other. Right next to the water and a south facing terrace. We would go back."

"We had a wonderful week and really enjoyed our holiday. The house is so peaceful and in the most beautiful surroundings. The communication and help from Alex was brilliant too and although we were totally out of season, so no pool or boat, we had lots of things to keep us and our 6 year old very happy and busy."

"Ein kleines Haus auf einem wunderbaren Grundstück. Ein herzlicher Empfang durch die direkt neben dem Haus (10m) wohnenden Gastgebern. Funktionale Inneneinrichtung, die in die Jahre gekommen ist. Bei Bett und Couch ist der Begriff „Patina“ nicht mehr anzuwenden. Stark durchgesessen / durchgelegen. Der Fernsehtechnik war nicht in Gang zu bringen, der DVD Player nicht vorhanden. "This is a very unique little hotel sitting directly on the main Vaxholm ferry terminal. The building itself is historic (so, naturally, old) and no-frills, but it was clean, well-kept, and charming, and the staff were very friendly and responsive. I enjoyed sitting on my patio and looking out at the boats. The breakfast buffet had everything one could want. It felt very safe, as well. "

"This hotel is a gem! Although our stay was short we really enjoyed the hotel and we would definitely come back if we return to the area. It’s located in a small island with many activities to enjoy- walk, jog, swim, go to the spa. We booked a room overlooking the water and it was extremely nice and quiet. The room had a good size and the bathroom was clean and nice. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. "

"A very stylish 'farm' in the Stockholm archipelago. The staff were amazingly friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The accommodation / dining areas were absolutely gorgeous - a real treat to have such chic surroundings in a rural farm! We did the glamping which was fantastic - and gorgeous bathroom block to share with only 2 other tents. We loved the variety of animals around the farm and the various activities kept us busy for 3 days- although I wouldn't necessarily advise staying much longer than that. The only change I'd make is that if guests are paying to stay a few days, and having all your meals at the place, renting bikes or doing the activities (e.g. mini-golf) could perhaps be included in the price? They did not cost much but it just felt like they should be included in the price rather than 'extras' for goodwill. Highly recommend!"
