"Nice place and good location. They really try to sell you on their National Geographic status, which is cool but doesn't mean much when it comes to comfort. I wasn't super impressed with the property given it's price tag, but the stay overall was good. Only odd thing was check-in, we weren't asked for ID, Passport etc... we just showed up gave our names and were shown to our room..."

"Loved my stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. One thing I want to highlight is their hair dryer is one of the best I have seen in all my stays in Europe!!! The owner is also very welcoming along with his dog and staff."

"Het hotel, de faciliteiten en personeel ademen een sfeer van "hier voel ik mij thuis". Mooie kamer (105) met alles erop en eraan. Groot balkon met zitje en ligbedden pal aan het meer. Prima (aan tafel geserveerd) ontbijt, waar alle wensen worden vervuld. Ligweide met voldoende bedden, direct aan het meer en ook binnen was er een voorname en huiselijke sfeer. "A great place to stay with stunning views. There's a bus stop at the entrance so it's easy to get to Dachstein Krippenstein and Hallstatt. There's also a wharf close by with two transport options. The mini-market in the resort is well stocked with plenty of options for self-catering. The staff were very friendly and helpful and restaurant food was excellent."
