If you enjoy bird watching this place is wonderful. You can sit on the veranda and listen to the birdsong and see a variety of birds. Surrounded by gorgeous pasture and olive groves. Close to Cortona and local grocery store and restaurants. Easy to drive to Arrizo, Perugia and all the beautiful villages around Umbria.
