"We loved our VIP suite. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We only had 1 issue was with the A/C, and it was resolved ASAP. We had air by afternoon. The staff was super from the shuttle service, reception, and wait staff to the maintenance, it was all fantastic. The only complaint was on the island itself. The roads were terrible and they need to be maintained. "

"Jerry was very helpful as we planned our stay, arranging our transportation to/from San Pedro and making us feel comfortable that they would handle anything we needed. On site, Carlos, Lucita and Izer were wonderful hosts. They offered their island expertise as well as delicious food. They helped us with whatever we needed, including helping us to fish off the pier - my daughter caught her first 2 fish and then Carlos grilled them for dinner! The location is a bit of a trek to town (50 minutes on very bumpy roads), but there are some nice beaches and even a bar nearby. The house itself was spacious for our group of 7 and provided a great space for us all to hang out together. We spent more time on the pier than the pool only because the pool was unusually buggy for this time of year. We would highly recommend Escape Away House."

"Absolutely stunning resort! The cabana we stayed in was right on the beach with an incredible view of the bay. The room was very comfortable and had great amenities. Location is easy to get to and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I could see myself doing a much longer stay for sure!!! Highly recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy the peaceful beauty of Belize! "
