"Absolutely stunning resort! The cabana we stayed in was right on the beach with an incredible view of the bay. The room was very comfortable and had great amenities. Location is easy to get to and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I could see myself doing a much longer stay for sure!!! Highly recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy the peaceful beauty of Belize! "

"We have stayed at the Princess Vegas many times on our trips to the Duty-Free zone as it is very convenient. We enjoy the pool as it had just been maintained and the casino is always a fun place to spend a few hours after dinner. The restaurant has great food however we have noticed that there has been a turnover of staff and service has dropped dramatically. "

"Waking up to the most beautiful sunrise out your bed window was amazing. The hosts made you feel like part of the family and did more than was asked. If you are looking for nature and being taken care of, this is the place for you."

"It was just what I imagined, off grid, affordable and an end of the road adventure. Ed and Lynn are some of nicest most accommodating hosts. They helped find affordable adventures even joined us for fishing and snorkeling. Their convenient store and local food suggestions saved me tons of money! If your looking for an OFF GRID adventure this your place!!! "

"We absolutely loved our week at Serendipity Reef. 10/10 for sure would highly recommend! Gracelyn was extremely helpful, kind & so gracious. The home itself is beautifully furnished, very comfortable & well stocked. We loved the private pool & even spent a couple days never leaving the house. Secret beach is truly the gem of the island. No sargassum at all, so you can walk out, eat & lounge on the beach all day. Pro tips: bring bug spray, buy frog king & stop at the store before you go to the...

"The house was perfect! Private and relaxing and only a 3minute golf cart ride from the stunning, amazing Secret Beach. Our host was great and Franz was the best!!! We will definitely recommend and stay again."

"Everything what we wanted to do, we did and enjoyed. Bikes were available at no cost, we enjoyed to be able to bike to other resorts. Every day you had the choice for dinner outside or inside. The location is great, away from the busy San Pedro town, Golf Cart City. Nothing the people in the resort, do all to make your stay perfect. "
"AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!
This is described as the "honey moon suite" so we assumed it would be beautiful .
Terribly disappointed. The 1 bedroom condo , #503 was in desperate need of repair and was absolutely fility. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures were terribly corroded, the Jacuzzis tup did not work nor would I use it. No hot water in the shower. There is a big boat in the front of the property and behind it is construction garbage and is used as a burning pile..front of the building. The road view is completely bulldozed and left with dead trees. At one point this may have been a nice place but no longer!
I texted the manager several times for help with the unit but was ignored. We have also requested a refund.
We paid approximately $270 per night with cleaning fee. No one had cleaned. Floors were filthy, sheets and towels old and stained. No coffee maker in kitchen. The stairs to the unit were filthy and if you touched the handrail your hands were covered in dirt. The pool was immaculate..pool and ocean were visible from the balcony. Rail on the balcony was lose, chairs were filthy and table top. It was so dirty I was afraid to go barefoot...took towels and wiped the floors. There was an old torn throw rung by one side of the bed!! Cant make this up.
We almost left but couldn't find accommodations on short notice so we left all day. Beach was not cleaned up for a very long time and the sargosso was 4 ft deep, most resorts clean this daily. It stunk as well!!!! have pics"
"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was amazing and the location was gorgeous! The food and drinks were also great!
We were really frustrated because the Expedia listing said the resort had tennis courts which it does not!
They also do not have bicycles as the website claims.

"Our room was amazing with the lay out and an ocean view and walk out access. Jaime and Kay (the property managers) were wonderful (attentive and responsive) and our meals were culinary caliber and freshly prepared. The area was peaceful (no wall to wall bars like San Pedro) and NO sargassum! iIt is a bit of a trek from San Pedro but well worth it! The only concern we had was with their golf cart recommendation of MTK as the cart was older and had no suspension and comparing to other companies a big disappointment-the owner of MTK was not accommodating with reducing our rate"
"Terrible place, this hotel is a belizean hotel and it's located in Belize, however we need to cross a border to get there and we need our passport, I have no idea about, so we cousln't stay, we called them and asked for a refund, they said no that's not their problem, I contect support from hotels.com no answers either or compensation even wehn I asked for it. Hotrible experience don't book here."
"Kinga was the most welcoming of hosts, she is creating a little patch of paradise and the cabana that we stayed in was blissful. Clean, comfortable, and with the most exquisite views to wake up to. Sad we were only there for one night, I could have stayed a month, thank you so much Kinga for your wonderful hospitality xx"
