"The room was clean and comfortable. Room services were amazing from laudry to taking our luggage up to room and down to reception. We were part of a wedding party so had 5 rooms and we all thr best experience which as you can imagine can be a problem but lords was amazing. We stayed for 2 nights and moved to a villa somewhere else and came back as the villa was terrible Thanks to all the staff "

"This was our first time to Surat so we chose this hotel because of the convenient location and easy access to anywhere in the city. The area is extremely busy, but it didn't stop us from thoroughly enjoying our time here. Our stay was 20 nights, so by the time we left it felt like home. The Kamats restaurant was fantastic and the staff/service was amazing. We highly recommend staying at VITS Hotel - Surat. "

"Room not properly clean, mosquito were there, couldn't able to sleep properly. Bathroom fittings were bad condition, room telephone not working for calling reception, I had to call their Landline from my phone again and again, staff was not cooperative, not going to stay here again even if provided for free.
