Great hotel but there's room for further improveme

Overall a great all inclusive hotel to stay at, most of the staff was really polite and well trained, sadly the same cannot be said about most servers at the main diningroom. They didn't seem to care much about the guests, no kindness at all from their side, they barely even greeted us. Some other negative points: 1)No small pillows were provided in the room, and when we realized it before bed time, we didn't feel like walking down to the front desk to ask for them. 2)There's no inside lock on the room doors, so housekeeping staff can simply enter after a very short knocking, it's pretty frustrating and shocking in the morning. 3)There's a bowling alley that's located in the Spa facility, just a short outside walk from the hotel. It's great, really cheap but why does it have to close at 9 pm?? I suppose, that most guests, just like us would love to enjoy their day at the Spa, then after dinner (that's available till 9:30 pm) having some fun at the bowling alley, but it's impossible thanks to the super early closing time. 4)We were here during the Advent holiday, right before Xmas, the hotel is obviously almost full (didn't feel overcrowded but definitively there's a lot of guests), so why the heck there's no any live music at the bar during evenings??? After dinner up to around 1 am the bar area was full of guests who were chatting besides some drinks, I support they'd love to dance as well if there was opportunity to do so.

Jezdíme sem více než 10 let a hotel je skvělý, hlavně co se týče jídla a lázní. Jídlo je výborné, velký výběr, skvělé dezerty. Letos přidali i vegetariánské pokrmy, což je super. Ale chyběli nám třeba hranolky, zase by to s tou zdravou výživou nemuseli tolik přehánět :D Propojení hotelu s lázněmi pouze chodbou, je prostě nejlepší. V županu z pokoje přímo do lázní, kolikrát denně člověk chce. Voda je opravdu léčivá, pomáhá na mnoho zdravotních problémů. Ale vadilo nám, že proti jiným rokům, lázně zavírali už v devět večer a lidi vyháněli z bazénů občas už i 20:35. Alespoň pro hotelové hosty by mohlo být otevřeno déle, jak to bývalo předchozí roky. Zlepšit by se mohl i úklid pokojů. Za 7 dní nám uklidili 2x. Výměna koše každý den, ručníků na požádání, vysáto ani jednou. Hotel už by také potřeboval opravy a údržbu jako sůl. Funguje už mnoho let a bohužel na vybavení to je znát. Chtělo by to vymalovat, vyprat závěsy, vyčistit koberce, vyměnit kliky od koupelen atd. Ale nějaký zásadní problém jsme neměli. Parkování v areálu za poplatek. Okolí moc pěkné. Menší městečko, hrad s parkem, kousek od hotelu rybníky s chodníčky, půjčovna lodiček a dětské hřiště. Rádi se sem vracíme.

Hotel location is perfect, very close to Sarvar Thermal Spa. Hotel facilities would require significant reconstruction. Breakfast and dinner were not tasty at all. Drinks expensive and poor quality. Bar is not open before 10 am in the morning where I wished to have a coffee. Staff is friendly.

Akvapark přístupný přímo z hotelu, vhodný pro dospělé i malé děti, ovšem poněkud přelidněný. Pokoj top floor vybaven velmi dobře, obývák a ložnice, 2x koupelna a WC. Velký výběr místních jídel. V okolí pěkný park s umělými jezery.

V hotelu jsme byli již podruhé a letos s all inclusive a moc se nám celý 5-ti denní pobyt s dětmi (2,4) líbil. Dostali jsme pokoj hned v přízemí s velkou,prostornou terasou.Jídla bylo dostatek,každý den bylo z čeho vybírat a pivo prakticky celý den.Za celý pobyt jsme se nemačkali ve frontě a nehledali prázdné místo u stolu. Personál byl velice ochotný,milý a pracovitý! Po přečtení několika recenzí těsně před odjezdem jsem měla obavy,naštěstí žádný zápach z koupelny,žádné špinavé nádobí a také bez čekání třeba než obsluha donese pivo!!! V hotelu jsou tři koutky ( jeden nový,malý u restaurace ,kde si děti můžou hlavně kreslit,pak koutek u baru,kde zrovna za našeho pobytu obměnili hračky(výhodou je,že je hned vedle baru,kde si můžete před koutkem sednout s pitím a sledovat děti) a pak koutek v 2.patře v bazénové části(od 3 let tam můžou být děti bez dozoru rodičů).Ten kdo si chce odpočinout,dobře najíst a rochnit se v termální vodě,tak pro toho je to ideální dovolená a pro děti určitě taky!!! Příští rok chceme do hotelu zase i s naši zatím nenarozenou dcerou. Doporučuji si sebou vzít sušák na prádlo,my ho měli a byla jsem za to velice ráda!
