We have stayed at this hotel before. In the main it was a good stay for the price. Very limited entertainment which was an issue for guests with children. In four days ice cream was only served once and entertainment in the evening only once. Food options were a little limited, but always possible to find something to eat. Staff seemed generally to be not very happy with a few exceptions. Saw staff drop cutlery on a number of occasions and just pick it off the floor and put it out for use. Shuttle to the beach was useful and beach area was pleasant with free sunbeds and umbrellas.

Slow WiFi, they have faster but they want you to pay for it, also safe in the room and they want you to pay for that as well.big tall buildings, blocks out the sun.if you want to lie in the sun you won't get much at this hotel.food very repetitive.the hotel is geared up to get as much money out of you as they can.fairly good gym.room was fairly big.but way outdated.tv is not much bigger than a portable..I was all-inclusive but they still try to get you to pay.for safe and faster WiFi.i would not go back.

The resort has multiple pools, a private beach, spa, gym, and great snacks for kids. Location & Transport: Shops and excursions right across the street, plus easy bus or taxi access to Alanya centre. About 2 hours from Antalya Airport — private transfer recommended. Kaila Beach Hotel turned our trip around — we’ll definitely be back!

Great resort. The buildings are looking a little worn and the food was nothing to shout about, but staff and the sorroubding areas were excellent. Thanks for making this trip memorable
