Cocoonr Agency offers you to discover the natural beauty of the Golfe du Morbihan with our flat in the heart of the town of Sarzeau on the Rhuys peninsula. This beautiful 93 m² flat is located in a recently built luxury residence. We've thought of everything so you can enjoy a wonderful holiday with your family or friends!
The flat comprises :
- 25 m² living room with TV, Wi-Fi
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds
- Bedroom 2 with 1 bunk bed
- Bedroom 3 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Separate WC
Exterior:
- A balcony, a lovely terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
The location is ideal for visiting Sarzeau, as everything can be done on foot, and you can enjoy the weekly markets just a 5-minute walk away. In addition, the flat has 2 underground parking spaces, accessible only to small city cars. Located less than 10 minutes' drive from several very pleasant beaches.
Transportation:
- You can park directly in the flat's private car park.
- Nearest train station: Vannes SNCF (45 min)
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique (1h45)
