This beautiful 93 m² flat is located in a recently built luxury residence. We've thought of everything so you can enjoy a wonderful holiday with your family or friends!

The location is ideal for visiting Sarzeau, as everything can be done on foot, and you can enjoy the weekly markets just a 5-minute walk away. In addition, the flat has 2 underground parking spaces, accessible only to small city cars. Located less than 10 minutes' drive from several very pleasant beaches.
