"Pros: Door de dikke muren blijft het huis binnen heerlijk koel. Cons: Het is natuurlijk een gebouw uit 1913. Dat heeft zijn charme maar ook zijn nadelen. Het is in de woning dan ook erg donker. De voorkamer is daardoor wel de ruimte die veel wordt gebruikt omdat het daar ook zonder kunstlicht goed toeven is."
