Staff were great, good check in. Room was ok. My room was between a hallway and a swimming pool on the second floor. Extremely noisy, lots of loud people in hallway and even louder noise from pool area. Not ideal when you are trying to sleep.

Check in was fast. We didn't spend much time at the hotel but I did notice that there were a lot families. The swimming pools and waterside were busy and it looked like people were having fun.

Easy check in/out. Room was beautiful although there was quite the damage when I had went. The outlet was cracked and exposed, which can be a safety issue. Staff were wonderful, easy to get more towels/coffee.
