"I have gone this resort many times in the past maybe 20 years, and, lately, it's going downhill. Here are a few problems they need to address: Check-in was rediculously time consuming. There were crazy line ups. Waited close 1 hour to check in, and the room wasn't ready, and had to receive a call 1 hour later (past 5 pm). Then, my room, it used to have 1 pair of bathrobs in the closet. Now, none. You have to ask for them, and wait again. Then, TV wasn't working (checked the cables,etc), coffee machine wasn't working. The property need some updates, too. With the price they ask for, it's really bad shape. I know that hot spring itself is great. But, seriously, with the price range, they really need to do better property maintenance, and streamline check in process. Now, I feel like I don't like to go there ever again. "

"The staff member who served me was super nice and helpful. The beds were very clean & comfortable with new pillows & sheets & blankets etc. Internet & TV worked great. The room itself was a little dated .. but overall it was a good place to stay for the price."
