"Clean, well stocked with little things you need like soap on shower, laundry detergent, coffee. The backyard was very peaceful and well taken care of with budding flowers. We had a bball tournament in Fayetteville and Roger’s and Springdale was 20 minutes from each. The restaurants on Emma street were all unique and great and we didn’t have to deal with large crowds in Fayetteville. HOMEGROWN amazing breakfast/brunch, Yankabilly bbq and burgers and Frieda’s Mexican were well priced, good portions and delicious. House very close to grocery and pharmacy too. "
