"Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wohnung tippi toppi. Sehr zentral gelegen. Alles was man braucht, fussläufig zu erreichen. Zauberhafter Blick von der Wohnung, auf die Ostsee. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, gerne immer wieder. "

"Es war ein wunderschöner und sehr erholsamer Urlaub in Sassnitz. Die geräumige Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. In ein paar Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand, den Hafen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Diese Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert."

"An Schmutz und Schimmel nicht zu überbieten. Toilette, Küche und Bad befinden sich in einem Raum auf höchstens 8qm , das ist sehr ästhetisch und hygienisch. Tote spinnen in den Schubladen vom Schrank und Staub/dreck in allen Ecken. Unsere Sachen haben wir lieber im Koffer gelassen. Die Liege im Garten haben wir nie gesehen, geschweige denn sitzkissen für die Stühle draußen. TV Empfang ging auch nur sehr eingeschränkt oder gar nicht. Wer also nur ein Dach 0ber dem Kopf sucht und schlechter wie...

"Viel zu kleine Fewo,....maximal für 1-2 Erwachsene geeignet und nicht wie angegeben für 3 Erwachsene plus Kleinkind. Heizung im Schlafzimmer ausgefallen.....bei einem Urlaub im Winter bei minus 10 Grad in der Nacht und ausgekühltem Gebäude kein Zustand. Agentur wurde über dem Zustand sofort informiert, reagierte leider erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage. Es wurde dann ein Elektro-Heizlüfter gebracht der es nur im Dauerbetrieb mit erheblichem Krach schaffte, diese winzige Fewo auf eine angenehme...

"Nach kurzen Eingewöhnungsthemen (der Schrank war etwas hoch und wir mussten uns erst zurechtfinden) hat es uns alles in allem gut gefallen. Familie Harms ist sehr freundlich und die Wohnung (Anbau am Haus) liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, was uns entgegen kam."

Das Appartement war räumig,sauber,hell und mit einem Ausblick auf die Ostsee.Absolut ausreichend für 4 Personen.Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte auch ganz einfach.Das Personal war immer erreichbar.Das Auto konnten wir ca 300 Meter vom Apartment weiter parken .20 Meter vom Haus verläuft die Promenade und zu dem Zentrum sind's auch ca 400 Meter. Eine kleine Bäckerei/ gleich Café ,mit dem Blick auf's See, verleit dem Platz eine...

"Die Lage geht völlig in Ordnung, da die meisten doch mobil sein werden. Was weniger schön ist, Stockflecken an der Decke im Bad, genauso wie defektes Licht in dem Bad. Der Lüfter vom Bad ist nur unheimlich laut hat aber kaum eine Wirkung, da gibt es doch deutlich besseres auf dem Markt.170 für die Reinigung und dann sind noch Marmeladen flecke auf dem Tisch und Haare im Bad verteilt. Es ist alles da aber halt schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, ein Update hier und da wäre bei dem Preis mehr als...

"The accommodation is a guest house, not a hotel, and I booked for a business trip and my first night was a Sunday. As per the instructions on the website I contacted the hotel prior to my visit as I would be arriving after the official check-in time. I didn’t receive any response and arrived on the Sunday evening to find the main building closed with nobody at home. I went ‘round the back and found the (closed) reception with instructions for me on a Post-it note sellotaped to the door. When I found my room, which was warm and welcoming, I received an SMS from the owner with instructions. Overall I was happy with the accommodation but I wouldn’t have had to worry so much (about not being able to check in) if I had received the access instructions earlier."
