客室は特別指摘する事はないですスタッフ対応も良し。夜、ホテル内のレストランで食事した時スタッフが厨房の中にひっこんでいるので叫ばないと聞こえないので面倒。呼び鈴があったらいい。焼きおにぎり香物付きと書いてあったけど出し忘れ。こちらから伝えて気がついた様子でした。

ホテルの方は皆さん親切で良かった浴室カーテンの棒に黒カビが生えていたトイレのドアがへこんで穴が開いていた使えないわけではないが、見た目、印象が悪い川内駅から少し距離があり、荷物が多く運ぶのが大変だった周辺ホテル葉天然温泉も多かったので、人工ではなく、店内温泉を、入れて欲しい
