"The Motel 6 in San Marcos is surprisingly nice. The rooms are very clean however you don’t have a refrigerator nor microwave. The pool is exceptionally clean and your a short walk from the San Marcos River!! I took a trip down to the river yesterday and today in passing. I was severely impressed with the atmosphere along with the trails/walkways parallel to the river. The San Marcos River is exceptionally clear right now and I would encourage all to come stay at the Motel 6 San Marcos. Most importantly in support of MAHA and Sec. Robert Kennedy and Texas Sen. Lois Kolkhorst, Chair, Health and Hunan Services Committee, park your car/truck at the Motel 6 and take a walk with your family to the San Marcos River as it is a 15 minute walk max.. America and Texans need to exercise more! Spending a day walking the river, and additionally, spending time in downtown San Marcos is definitely a healthy choice for you and your family!
