Ideal location and value
The location is ideal ..5 minute walk to dock and walking street..breakfast was at best average. WiFi is excellent. One minor annoyance is removing shoes and walking barefeet ( no slippers). Overall, above average.

Is suitable for families, the rooms is big enough & very convenient. The only thing is smelling like a gas from toilet wash basin. We closed the toilet door all the days is much better.

The reviews about the unfortunate noise levels due to a night club nearby are all true. I was lucky to be staying at the highest level 3 and was in the middle so didn't find it unbearable but results will vary! Either way, bring some good earplugs and a good music player just in case The hotel still feels pretty new albeit without a water boiler. As someone whose into instant cup noodles and wanted to try Thailand's offering, this was a real annoyance. I had to walk 3 flight of stairs to the ground floor mini Mart to get hot water. Other than that very good hotel. Gotten decent freebies for my 3 nights stay. Amazing location located right in the heart of walking Street

Good enough
This is a no-frills, basic hotel right in the middle of the walking street in Koh Lipe. The building and rooms are more modern, but they are showing wear and tear. The air conditioner definitely works! If you're expecting luxury or a view, this is not the place for you. It was good enough for our 3 day stay, but I wouldn't want to stay any longer. Would I stay here again... not sure.

Good location beside walking street. Nice room with blasting air con. Only bad point is the checkout time is too early (10:30) and they don't really entertain our request for 12 pm checkout unfortunately.

Nice and no-frill hotel steps from Walking Street
I stayed at the Deluxe private room part of the hotel. The room is really nice, and location is close to walking street. It doesn’t have a pool, a restaurant nor other amenities but that’s the reason I stayed here for my second trip. The beaches are 2 min and 10 min away. And I want to be close to the bars and restaurants on walking streets. Staffs are helpful with booking a snorkel trip and direction.

The location of the hotel was good: Close to the walking street. The room is valuable for limited budget. We had got the room with inprivate view as there is another building next to the hotel but we didnt expect much from the price.

Fiquei pouco tempo em Koh Lipe e foi a primeira vez. O hotel possuía uma boa localização, porém não tem nada parecido com as fotos expostas no site da Hotéis.com. Quarto com cheiro forte e fedido. Chuveiro não era bom e ao ligar o chuveiro, caia a energia. Não achei um bom custo benefício

OK value for money at 60 eur/night
Title says it all. An OK overall experience, the aircon worked well, the room was clean and the service was okay too. The breakbeat was a miss though, so I advise you to get yours somewhere else.

I det stora hela så var a plus hotell väldigt bra. Det låg precis vid walking Street så allt var bara några meter bort. Dock så var sängen stenhård, vi hade lika gärna kunna legat på golvet. Men det var bara i vårt rum då syrran bodde 2 dörrar bort och hade en skön säng. Det är inte mycket till utsikt, vi såg en trappa i princip. Frukosten ingick. Den var medelmåttig, ingen buffé, men vi gick därifrån mätta iallafall.

OK stay in Lipe

Wij hadden een deluxe kamer, super goede douche alles was super schoon. Elke dag 2 flesjes water op de kamer, bij aankomst een gevulde koelkast met koekjes drinken en yoghurtjes. Super dichtbij de walking street en natuurlijk bij pattaya beach (5 min) en sunrise beach (7 min lopen). goed engels sprekend personeel. prijs kwaliteit was goed

buon hotel
lipe è stupenda e l hotel in posizione centrale è comodo per i movimenti e la vita notturna. si trova infatti sulla walking street dove ci sono i locali e ristoranti. la spiaggia è cmq vicina, dieci minuti massimo a piedi sia per pattaya (secondo me piu bella ; ventilata e piena di bar e ristoranti e l acqua è meravigliosa, si possono vedere molti pesci) che per sunrise sotto l hotel c e un ottimo locale per fare colazione

Hyvä hotelli
A plus deluxe hotellin kuvat pitivät paikkansa ja huone oli juuri kuin kuvassa. Näkymä huoneesta oli huono: suoraan toisen parvekkeen seinämään, mutta ei sitä juuri tullut katseltua. Sisäänkirjautuminen tapahtui ripeästi. Kauppa heti vieressä ja paljon ruokapaikkoja lähistöllä.
