Great location & excellent staff.

Loved this hotel and their staff! Staff did everything to make me feel special and my vacation fun and relaxing. Perfect location on the beach (with sun chairs) next to restaurants, beach massage spa, and short beach walk to the Walking Street & Sunset Beach. Will stay here again.

Excellent position on the beach at Pattaya beach Ko Lipe. Able to relax on sunloungers with plenty of shade and enter the calm sea directly. Large room with most amenities. Good WiFi. Hot water. Good breakfast selection.Staff were very helpful and friendly.

It’s Thailand. It’s a small remote island. It’s not easy to maintain excellent standards. Adjust your expectations and you’ll be happy here. It always makes me smile when you read ‘luxury’ ‘upgradé ‘deluxe’ … they mean different things when island hoping in Thailand. This place has decent bathroom with hot water, aircon and small fridge. That’s considered luxury. I’m saying all this because people write bad reviews because they are comparing 5 star plus in the west. It’s a very decent place to stay. Pretty much on the beach. I felt safe. It was quiet. Great beach massage just in front of property. Breakfast is satisfactory. Coffee was undrinkable to me but I watched others drink. Would I stay again ? Yes … if the price was right.

Literie confortable et propre mais le bungalow dans lequel nous logions mérite une rénovation au niveau de l'ameublement et de la douche ( carrelage muraux descellés). Les transats sur la plage étaient vieux et les abords des bungalows pas très soignés. Il y avait aussi un énorme bateau de fret sur la plage à 50m de l'hôtel, ce qui gachait le paysage et ne donnait pas envie de se baigner. Petit déjeuner correct mais exclusivement salé. Par contre, supers massages proposés juste devant l'hôtel.
