Stayed in de luxe bungalow haha maybe 20 years ago! Daylight coming through ceiling very easy to open door without a key as so much of a gap just swipe abit of plastic through it. Staff not smiley friendly as one expects in Thailand. No atmosphere in the hotel whatsoever

Bundhaya Resort
Great location, Good breakfast, friendly staff, pool good, Room dated, in need of refurb. Room was not made up unless a card was left on door handle, so don’t forget! Paths around the resort were trip hazards with broken paving WiFi was slow and often not working

Nice hotel close to beach but many mosquitoes
Overall nice. Very near to walking street and beach. Restaurant in bundhaya resort is good and price cheap. I live in superior bungalow, many mosquitoes, next time will upgrade to deluxe room (more nice and near swimming pool). Staff are helpful and good service. Will come back next time.

Awesome !
We stayed in the garden deluxe bungalow. The garden and its surrounding is beautiful and peaceful. Good pool with jacuzzi. Massage is great with friendly masseuse. However, the breakfast can be improved with more food choice. Location to walking street is just 5 mins walk.

Bad reception experience and room too small.
Staff were not friendly at reception during check in and check out. Totally ruin our experience in this hotel. The chalets are too crowded and small for the price we paid.

Disappointing end to a dream holiday
I was on the island for a couple of weeks so had walked past here a few times and the outside looked so inviting with Xmas decorations, some sun loungers so they expectation was high. We got a bungalow for 3 people, so small, no room to move around. It’s an extra bed that they put into a double room. Shower pressure not great. Safe not working in the room had to ring twice for someone to come and fix it. Couldn’t keep the mosquitos out as there was gaps in all the doors in the bungalow and no nets, so woke up every morning with another 20 bites on my feet and legs. All wooden so very dull rooms, had a the look and feel of a sauna. Breakfast was not great, small selection of foods and no pastries, felt very unsatisfactory after it. Pool was nice good temperature, put very few loungers. Over priced for what you get, I could only recommend this room to a couple if they got it at a 2 star hotel rate.

terrible service at the reception
We were greeted by a rude and impolite receptionist. The shower is low pressure and water dripping from the shower. My holiday is nearly ruined by my experience of staying in this hotel. I would strongly advise other tourists not to pick this hotel.

Good hotel close to the walking street
Overall the hotel is good. Only the toilet inside the room need to improve in term of cleanliness. There are many mosquitoes in the evening so make sure that mosquito repellent is brought. Pattaya beach is a little bit crowded and also many boats parked along the beach, making it difficult to enjoy the swim by the beach.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Had at least one rat in the room for our entire three day stay. Told the receptionist after the first night. The rat was still in the room when we checked out on day three.

A Solid Choice (If You Don't Need WiFi)
We stayed at one of the chalets and it was lovely. Very comfortable, good size and we did not expect to have an outdoor shower so that was an easy plus point from our side. The hotel is conveniently located near the immigration point so no hassle when it comes to arriving and leaving the island. The walking street is a 5-mins walk away so eating is never a problem. The gorgeous sunset beach is 15 minutes stroll as well. The only criticism that I have is the extremely spotty internet connection. I only had access in the evening, which is strange if you think about it. This should be fixed unless if you make it clear that wifi is not available in this hotel.

Nice resort by Pattaya Beach
Firstly, very thank you to the stuffs who help us to find out the boat which go back Langkawi, Malaysia. They do a lot of help, somemore carry the luggage for us. Overall the resort is good and we will come back again. I love Koh Lipe !

Noisy due to construction work and dirty beach.
The resort is undergoing rsome construction of the their restaurant and therefore it is very noise and the beach front is very dirty with lots of rubbish as well as a very large barge with building material and tractors moving the material back and forth along the beach and the resort. Room also not in good condition . We moved to another resort on the Sunrise beach the next morning after only spending 1 night here.

Reasonable place for its value
The place we stayed didnt appear to look like how it was displayed on photos.. don't expect to have a comfy sleep as the bed is those springy bed, not in its best condition as the middle part has already sunken in. One more thing that made me furious was the house keeping. When I came back to my room after the house keeping, I noticed my pyjamas was thrown on the floor. Im not sure if the cleaner forgotten to put it back on the bed but it's a very bad sight especially it's my sleep clothes and I expect it to be clean. The staff in the other hand were quite friendly and helpful with our luggages. Mosquitoes is an unavoidable scene and encounter there.

Great family resort
We have been staying here a few times. The resort is great for families with kids. Close to the Bach and walking street. Breakfast is included. Restaurant is quite good too.

Average standard resort. Overpriced. Toilet flush not working upon check in. Room showing sign of aging. Need refurbishment. On the first night, power was cut off for about 1 hour. Staff was helpless and couldn't seem be bothered. Seems like this is a norm scenarios in this resort. Breakfast choice was limited. Wild dogs running around dining area. There are better resort on similar pricing on the island.

Convenient location
The wifi was terrible and water pressure of shower was really bad. There were a couple of cockroaches spotted while we were bathing. However, location was very prime as it is just on pattaya beach and a few minutes walk on the beach to the walking street

If you're a dog lover don't book this resort!
We've just come back from Koh Lipe and apart from noticing that the island is the most expensive in whole Thailand, we have also found the same problem with this resort. Expensive for what you get. If you are not Chinese and expect to find a western breakfast like simple muslei and fresh milk Forget it! They cut costs by offering cartons milk and fake orange juice. Cornflakes is all you can find at their breakfast buffet which features 99% of Chinese greasy dishes. More importantly if you love dogs Do NOT book this place! We weren't appalled by how the staff deals with the dog issue which is big on the island: they kick dogs and spray them with detergents to scare them off the breakfast area! We were absolutely disgusted and appalled by it all that we definitely won't recommend this horrible place to anybody! Don't go to this resort!

Avoid-there are rats!
Wow, shocked after staying here. I don't stay normally in one or two star hotels. It was rated over 3 which is just not the facts! It was the price of a 4 star with the service and cleanliness of a 2 star. I would Never stay here again or recommend it ! Too bad because the location is awesome. Dirty and unaccomadating.

The stay was good. The resort is nearby to walking street and immigration counter (to Telaga Terminal, Langkawi & Pak Bara, Satun). Bundhaya Villa is separated from Bundhaya Resort and located at the end of the beach. Both resort and villa are beachfront (Pattaya beach). The resort is clean and well kept. However, there are many dogs wandering and they are quite nuisance when we were having breakfast and relaxing near the beach & dining area. Wifi was provided for free but it was too way slow. Even at the reception area, there's not much improvement. The water and shower pressure is low. We walked to Sunrise beach, and to Sunset beach too (albeit, it is a bit far). You can take motor taxi which is easily available at walking street, for round island trip too. Overall, it was a nice stay & we had a great time in Koh Lipe.

Overall review
Food quality is average but they are charging hotel price. The toilet in the room is a bit old and the wash basin is too small. We are not able to bend over to wash our face as the toiletries rack is blocking it. The water flow is slow as well. Despite all these, the rests are OK. Very near to walking street. Spa and Massage are good. The price is also comparable with those massage parlour at the walking street. The sea and the sand in front of the hotel are clean. Thank goodness.

年末年始に家族旅行で２泊。 朝食会場（禁煙）にてタバコを吸う男性。 注意するどころか喫煙者のリクエストに応じ灰皿を提供する始末。 不満を伝えるも対応せず。 部屋のバスケットには使用済みのタオルが残っていました。 残念です。
