Excellent stay, given the price. In the heart of the island, right on the main path, and well-managed. Lisa, Kim, and Cho will take good care of you, that's for sure. Good place, good folks, clean sheets and rooms. I miss it already.

This place was great! Pick up and drop off from the ferry is included, which is very nice! Breakfast was very tasty with lots of options. Our room was very comfortable and clean and included daily water new towels for shower and beach, plus floor mats! Location was very central and easy to find. Our room was facing the busy road but it didn’t keep us from getting a great sleep!

Great location, really comfy and clean

The hotel was great and had everything we needed. Check in was really smooth and the host was super friendly and spoke good English. Hotel room was nice and clean and you could choose to have the room cleaned and bed made or not every day. We were given complimentary water every day which was useful. Having AC and a hot shower was great. Also really well located, close to the walking street and sunrise beach.

My room was very comfortable, I especially liked the sitting area and somewhere to dry my wet beach clothes. Breakfast was very good with a coffee machine for espresso or americano options. The staff are all very nice. I extended my stay an extra day (would’ve stayed longer but they were booked). The location is perfect!! Walking street just around the corner and beautiful sunrise beach a short walk! I would stay here again. Thank you to all the staff and Kim for helping me with my next island hopping adventure.

Ricci House has a great central location and friendly, accommodating staff. The breakfast offers good choices - thanks for providing fresh, delicious mango each day. However, the rooms are extremely basic for the price you pay. The shower is essentially a hose on the wall without any wall or barrier, so it takes a lot of skill not to spray or splash the entire bathroom each time. Try to ask for a room away from the busy street.

Our room was comfortable, large and clean. Aircon worked well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Fresh towels daily including beach towels. Buffett breakfast was good and convenient start to the day. 5 minute walk to the beach. 5 min walk to 7-11, atm and lots of restaurants.

Great accommodation but lack of attractions

It was a good stay. Highlight was all employees we talked with. They were so attentive and eager to help. Negative side was lack of atttactions. There was a lot of rain, and it limited our mobility around the area. In that case, we could not find anything to use our time for fun. I wish we could get more attractions so we can use our time more memorable. I loved my room, umbrella rental was very kinds. Location is right in the middle of walking street. and beaches are within walking distance. And they prepared a surprise b-day cake for my wife. There were a few cats patolling the area, and we beca'e a good friend with him. There are a lot of good points in this hotel!

I stayed in a room that overlooked the main road. It normally quiets down after 11pm so it didn’t really bother my sleep. Ricci is close to the best beach on the island which is sunrise beach & north point beach. easy 5 mins walk. the island is quite small so it’s easy to walk to the walking street or the main street for 7-11 or local foods. ricci offers complimentary pick up & drop off to the ferry pier which was such a lovely gesture considering how how it is to walk when you step off the boat. the staff were very helpful & courteous. my room was cleaned every day & i got new towels/water/coffee/tea. there was a fridge to keep your items cold. the ac worked great & thankfully cool the room within 10 mins. there’s also a fan as well. the thought the king size bed was very comfortable along with the pillows. the only issues i had were that the shower was bad very low pressure but that seems rather typical of stays on the islands. plus the wifi was rather iffy every so often that i’ll need to use my data instead. overall, i enjoy my stay very much that i booked another two nights to extend my stay at ricci. it’s quite central & i enjoyed just walking every from it.

Ricci house had a great location a block from the start of walking street, and with lots of food options very close by. Sunrise beach was less then a 5 minute walk away.

The hotel has a convenient location- right around the corner from Koh Lipe Walking Street, close to many restaurants and minutes away by foot or tuk-tuk ride from the island’s main beaches. Our room was spacious and modern, and had an extra large king-size bed. Breakfast was good and well-organized. The only down-side was poor Internet connection, often cutting out and weak. The staff were helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend Ricci House to anyone.
