"la struttura è immersa nel verde per chi ama la pace e la natura.Il proprietario molto cordiale e simpatico ma la camera lasciava a desiderare. Purtroppo mi sono seduto sul letto e si è staccata la prima doga e poi durante la notte se ne sono staccate altre fino a rimanere in una conca che non mi ha permesso di dormire.Muri con segni di umidità e molto rovinati. L'ho fatto presente al proprietario ma più che dimostrare di essere dispiaciuto ha detto che le avrebbbe incollate.Colazione abbondante...

"★★★★★ Our stay at Saturnia Tuscany Hotel was exceptional from beginning to end. The room was beautiful, comfortable, immaculate, and provided exactly the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere we were hoping for. The entire staff was consistently polite, welcoming, and attentive, but we especially want to recognize Carlo, the General Manager. Carlo truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that our stay was as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. His kindness, professionalism, personal attention, and genuine hospitality made a wonderful experience even more memorable. It is rare to find a hotel where you feel so genuinely cared for. We left feeling completely refreshed and very grateful for the experience. We would absolutely recommend Saturnia Tuscany Hotel and look forward to returning. Five stars without hesitation — and our sincere thanks to Carlo and his entire team!"

"The staff and the look of the resort is top notch! The staff deserves 10 stars. We came for the springs and if you have not been to a pool fed from a sulfur spring, then you will be in shock like we were. We have been to many resorts with hot springs but not like this one. The pools and whole resort had a strong sulphur smell. It was even in our room which was far from the pool. There were flies everywhere, even while getting a massage, flies were buzzing and sometimes landing on me which cancelled out the relaxation of the massage. However, the resort is near the public and free falls/pools which enticed us to the area. For some reason, perhaps the flowing falls and cascading pools, there were not slime clumps floating around, no super strong sulphur smell there like at the resort. The pools should be cleaned of the floating debris more, overall, the top notch staff are amazing and the resort cannot help the way a natural sulphur spring smells or how it attracts flies."

"Great staff and check in. Beds not so comfortable as they were uneven mattresses but we managed ok. Staff catered for our needs and especially for our grandchildren. Our family breakfast was amazing! With lots of choices and was so nice! The dinner was so nice, and they catered for our needs. Thank you."

"Somehow I missed that this was a camp ground when I was booking. However, if I was expecting camping, it would be great. It is well shaded right by a beautiful beach. The pool was smaller than expect, but I enjoyed the water aerobic class in the evening. We had a superior tent. It was stifling hot inside when we arrived. It took some time to cool off. The cooling system was not great. The staff were very pleasant. There was a great outdoor cooking area. Overall, I would command this place for a camping getaway."

"The staff was very kind, professional, friendly, and accommodating. Right out of a Tuscan rom-com, the hotel has a beautiful entry and garden and is in a gorgeous Tuscan setting. Ask for the room with the patio. It was great for morning coffee. The town of Castel del Piano was lively with locals in the piazza and shop keepers sweeping to make clean and welcoming store fronts."
