Beautifully remodeled, spacious home, with modern furnishing and well-kept property. The bathroom has a full tub and shower with a blow dryer and towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, a new refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee pot, and toaster. This one-bedroom unit has it's own private access, a space of it's own in a huge house. This has a stunning view of the river and is located just over a mile from beautiful Douglas and 2 miles from Saugatuck.

If you're adventurous, you are just under a mile from Mount Baldhead Park where you can challenge yourself to 282 steps to enjoy the gorgeous view of Lake Michigan. If you continue your journey you can relish the fabulous Oval Beach which is in the top 10 beaches in the U.S.. Live it up in downtown Saugatuck with all the great shopping and so many fabulous restaurants to choose from.

This unit represents 1 bedroom with a full bathroom, kitchen, living room and spacious deck.

1 year anniversary trip

We go to Saugatuck every year, this was our first time staying at this property and it was awesome! Very clean and great view from the patio of the water and very close to the beach and shops and restaurants! Highly recommend!

Loved it!

The owners are very friendly, offering recommendations for breakfast and dinner. The house was clean and well kept and the location is ideal, close to the chain ferry and within a nice walk to Oval beach and Mt. Baldhead. We had a great time visiting Saugatuck for the first time.

Enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place overlooking the water and close to everything you'd want to do in this area. Beautiful beach, lots of hiking, galleries, excellent restaurants, wine tasting, all nearby!! Clean and comfortable with everything you need. Quiet place in the springtime

Small, comfortable, and well equipped place to stay for a couple. We enjoyed the spring weather (including rain) in southwest Michigan by staying here. Walking distance to Mt Baldhead and the Saugatuck Lake Michigan beach.

Water view from the deck

Relaxing on the deck was an added bonus. The 1 bedroom unit was tastefully decorated. The location is within walking distance of the chain ferry, Mt. Baldknob and hiking trails. Just a short drive and you can be chillaxing on Douglas and/or Oval Beach, eating at numerous spots and shopping to your hearts content. Enjoy this gem on your next trip to Saugatuck.
