The Hidden Gem is a superb property that is very well-maintained and clean. It is a luxury home with many great systems and amenities. Our extended family found it very comfortable and we had a great week on the lake in the Saugatuck area. The only reason we didn't rate it "excellent" in all areas were minor details that didn't effect our enjoyment but are the subtle difference between the good to excellent. Here are a few suggestions. - Lots and lots of light switches with 3 to 4 way switches with only some labels which made feeling at home the first few nights a bit of a chore to get fans/lights/dimmers set more labels would be great! (no remote for the mood lights in the basement - our guess was there is an "all white" setting that would have helped for pool and ping-pong.- There was plenty of glassware and plates but it was somewhat mismatched for a luxury property.- the description, enter through the side door (we thought the door to the garage was the side door) needs some clarification, we called the management company who told us to use try a different door - just took a minute but a map/drawing/label could have made it easier.This is a fantastic property is a wonderful area that has access to private beach areas which are pristine and very family friendly for relaxing, walking, shelling/rock hunting, and getting away from it all. We had wonderful dinners from the kitchen and dining areas that were memorable and meaningful.
