Welcome to The Urban Coastal: A Saugatuck Experience!

Escape to our private downtown condo, where coastal charm meets modern comfort. With keyless entry, access is effortless.

The main floor features an open-concept living area with a large sectional, full kitchen, and full bath. Optional sleeping arrangements accommodate two additional guests in this space.

Upstairs, the private bedroom includes a half bath and a balcony (accessible via stairs and not handicap accessible).

Downtown Saugatuck’s restaurants, bars, shops, and waterfront are just steps away. Oval Beach, Saugatuck Dunes State Park, and other natural gems are a 10-minute drive, with Grand Rapids less than 45 minutes away.

We welcome up to four guests, including your dog! An air mattress, washer/dryer, and complimentary private parking (with nearby public options) make your stay seamless.

Fantastic stay

We come to Saugatuck a few times a year and this was one of our favorite stays! Great location, cozy and comfortable with a view of the water and we could bring our dog!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great time at the Urban Coastal! It's close to everything and walkable to nearly anything in the downtown Saugatuck area. This was our first VRBO experience and first stay in Saugatuck and we couldn't have been happier. Very clean, check-in process was easy, and the hosts had thought to stock everything ahead of time. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a stay in Saugutuck, it was walking distance to the main strip! It was clean, and as advertised!! Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic place

Wonderful place. Great location, comfy bed and sofa, two great restaurants right in front, great upper porch, lots of wonderful windows and a nice view of the river. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants, as well as Oval beach and Mt. Baldy.

Perfect Location in Saugatuck

We stayed at this condo and it was great and quiet! We stayed with our 1 year old daughter and she slept perfectly. The condo is the perfect location to walk around Saugatuck.

Excellent condo in excellent location

This property is in a perfect location to explore Saugatuck and Douglas. The space is updated and comfortable. It’s nice that while there is a full bath on the main floor, there is also a half bath on second floor where bed is located. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. Would stay here again.

Wonderful property in the downtown area! The condo was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Our hosts even provided beach chairs for our day at the lake! Highly recommend!

Birthday get away

The flat was very clean, and in a Great location! We enjoyed being able to walk to all of the shops snd restaurants in the area. The dunes are just a short drive away. We had a fantastic time and the weather was perfect!

Great location but needs some TLC

Overall the stay was good - the property is in an excellent location with close proximity to the fantastic downtown. The property was generally clean but it needs some love - a deep clean and minor upgrades.

In The Middle Of Everything

Everything was perfect. Direct view of the park and beach, restaurants all in walking distance and the condo was beautiful and the bed felt like you were sleeping in the clouds. We will be back again.

Weekend Getaway

Great location with an excellent view. Check in and out were very easy and the owner was very quick to email me back when needed. A couple minor issues were brought to the owners attention - bathroom door was extremely hard to latch as well as a cracked sink and a stinky fridge. Overall we would stay there again if in the area.

Great location!

Stayed with my husband for the weekend. It was in a great location, easy walk to everything. The host had good communication and check in/out were easy. Absolutely loved the electric heater/fireplace in the downstairs and upstairs. It was a little chilly when we first got in late in the evening and the fireplaces really made it cozy. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice spot in the middle of it all.

My wife and two daughters stayed here for several days. It was an updated and well maintained location right in the middle of Saugatuck. It was easy to get to all the shops and restaurants. It was also a close drive to Holland and South Haven. We spent time on the beautiful beaches and on the river with rented kayaks & a pontoon boat. I recommend coming to this wonderful town and staying in this condo in the middle of it all. Highly recommended.

A quiet space in a busy place

This is my second visit to unit 208. I enjoy sitting on the Second floor balcony and watching people At the park across the way and strolling down the sidewalks. It’s a good location also for the Friday farmers market; pizza or Mexican food is available on the same block and it comes with a designated parking space I’ll be back again as I love Saugatuck.

A spic and span sun filled getaway

The windows are spectacular on both levels and with the trees bare there was a tremendous view of the River. It was sparkling clean from a germ perspective and from a minimal clutter perspective, too. As I am well out of the "in" season invasion, it was quiet and serene, too. There is an Italian place (Scooters) where I got great take away pizza and a Mexican restaurant with take away 'Ritas. Best part - they are less than 100 yrds away. Thanks Jeff and Debbie!
