Walking distance to everything

We had never been to the area & really didn't know what area to pick. This location was perfection. We were all thrilled. We could walk to every shop, restaurant, drop off our bags, shop some more.. The space was spread out so you could have personal space. We discussed booking again.

Loved the treehouse apt ! Very spacious and comfortable place and the location couldnt be better . The door lock was tricky at times but not a big issue. Loved the easy access to the main street shops and eateries of saugatuckWould recommend a keurig coffee maker Would absolutely stay here again !!

We loved our treehouse visit! Perfect for two couples and you can't get any closer to the shops! Communixation, check in was perfect. We wiuld stay again! Note-Lots of steep steps for anyone with bad knees or hips!

Great weekend getaway with friend.

Wow what a great spot to stay. Well appointed space. Super clean and comfortable. It was a close walk to many places we came to see. Hosts were super helpful and responsive. If you’re coming to this area. This is a great choice of accommodations. A true great value.

Our apartment was at the perfect location in the middle of everything . Place was huge had plenty of room for another couple . Only complaint would be the little outdoor patio needs some work. There were planters of weeds and trash bags. Would definitely stay there again!

Love the property. Great location, clean and well decorated. The wet bar was a nice surprise. Amazing artwork; like staying in a gallery. I know it’s late season, but only complaint would be outdoor deck is worn down and messy. Weather was nice and we would have enjoyed sitting out there

Downtown Saugatuck

Great location right on the main street in Saugatuck. Two nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The AC didn't cool when we arrived but they respo ded and had it fixed quickly.

New Year getaway

A very nice place right in the center of activity. No reserved parking which was a little challenging with limited street parking in the center of town. The accommodations were very cozy, but sleeping at night across the street from the Sand Dune Bar was a bit of a challenge when live music is playing. Having said that, the beds were very comfortable. Overall a good experience.

Superb location, even better customer service

The property is fantastic. Everything was very clean. Right in the middle of everything in Saugatuck, you can walk to so.many places. A gas leak in the next town caused the property to lose its gas connection for the last few days of our stay, and it was quite chilly out. The ownership contacted me immediately and offered to move us, but we opted to stay in this great spot. They brought us space heaters and checked in on us multiple times. Excellent customer service. We look forward to staying here again. There is a very large staircase to get into the property, as it's located above a couple of the downtown shops. Be prepared for that. It was a little daunting to get our bags in the first day, but it did not take away from the wonderful experience we had.

Long Weekend

The property was in the center of town and we could walk to everything. Beautifully decorated but could have used more comfortable chairs and better lighting for reading. The back deck was still messy and uninviting as other reviews stated so we never went out there. Our friends had the front bedroom and had a hard time sleeping. Very noisy. New windows there would be a great improvement. We had a great stay overall and enjoyed our weekend.

Tree House, Saugatuck

This property is in the center of downtown Saugatuck which is awesome for walking to restaurants and shops. It is furnished with everything you need and the owner provides those welcoming touches. There probably is no control over the parking but it would be helpful if an assigned parking space came with this property. I can't imagine what it is like during the busy summer time. Also, the deck really needs some improving and updating

Spacious, bright and eclectic apartment in the middle of town

Really unique apartment overlooking downtown Butler Street. Fantastic views of the winter decorations and lights from large street-side windows (which still felt private, sheltered by large apple trees). High-ceilinged, spacious and comfortable main unit (open living room/dining room with gas fireplace; bedroom, bath, well-equipped kitchen) with a full second suite -- king sized bed, bathroom, full wet bar/kitchenette -- off the common foyer. Funky decor with interesting paintings and objets d'art throughout; generous and comfortable furnishings. Probably not the best place for families with small children (too many fragile tippy things; steep stairs).

Such a great apartment! Beautifully appointed and decorated! Comfort for all of us! Only downside was NO AC…. therefore windows opened…. We were ALL EXCEPTIONALLY H crazy OT! 85 degrees inside this upstairs unit!! And the bar across the street was VERY LOUD making it difficult to sleep especially with windows all …. Opened!!

Super location and phenomenal floor plan

This rental was on the main part of dowtown close to everything, within blocks of shopping and water. We had an issue when we first arrived as the heat/furnace wasn't working, I called the emergency number and they had someone to the residence within 30 minutes. I make my living in Real Estate and I was very impressed with the service and the professionalism of the management company. Issue was solved and heat worked great. Perfect place for 2 couples to stay as this is set up like 2-suites. One side was a bedroom with a full bathroom, plenty of closet space a sitting area with a TV and a Bar (really nice). The other was in the main area which had the living room, kitchen, a bedroom and another full bath. It was like we both had our own private areas but came together to eat and hang out. Clean, nicely decorated and updated. I would definately rent this place again.

Perfect for a spring getaway

My Mom and I stayed here for a weekend and it was perfect! We loved the interior design and gorgeous artwork. The place is divided into two suite-like spaces, each with a bedroom, full bathroom, and room to lounge, providing privacy if desired. There is also ample space to hang out together. This is a small detail, but the lighting is also perfect. Lots of natural light in the day and enough lamps and overhead lights to create a cozy space in the evening. The location is in the heart of everything, making it easy to walk to shopping and dining. There was some noise when sleeping. The back bedroom had an intermittent buzzing that was a bit disruptive. The front bedroom is on the main street so there is some noise, and the bar across the street had live music on Saturday. I liked being in the heart of things and found it easy to sleep with the provided white noise machine. Overall, it was wonderful and we definitely did not want to leave!!

Saugatuck Golf Trip

This is the 2nd time our group has stayed at this property and you can't beat the location. The communication was perfect, I didn't have any questions as to how to access the space, or what the rental rules were, or what the apartment was equipped with. The space is wonderful and kept clean, with the exception of the back patio/deck. We were a little disappointed in the condition of the deck (some rotting boards and bags of dirt with weeds or plants growing out of them, kind of hard to maneuver and sit out there). There is also a window boarded up in the back bedroom which is a little unsettling and wasn't apparent when booking the property. We wondered if that window had been missing when we stayed 2 years prior, but can't be certain. We also couldn't use the TV without logging into our own streaming accounts, which is a little frustrating. We were hoping to watch the local news, and some football at the apartment, but ended up finding a local bar to watch. Overall it was a great space to stay in, but giving 4 stars for the condition of the deck and the boarded window.
