"This property was in an excellent location with the beach about 30 seconds down the path. The units are very cute and well equipped with everything you'll need. The Southhampton oil in the kitchen was a nice touch. It was nice having a bbq on the deck and we loved the hot tub and firepits."

Right outside the backyard is a nice new playground and park area, which is great if you have small children. The only potential downsides to be aware of is that noise does travel quite easily from the basement unit through the vents.
