Sexiest Lil Cabin in Saugerties, NY

The newest addition to our unique and eclectic collection of getaways! This cozy, unique and romantic tiny cabin provides you all the comforts that will help you unwind and reconnect. The outdoor kitchen helps you feel like one with nature . The outdoor shower under the stars will surely make your heart skip a beat. Stargazing by the fire pit will make you long for the nights to never end. Memories are destined to be made here! Come back to nature...come back to yourself!

This private romantic little Cabin set-up is situated in a little neighborhood surrounded by farmland. The one-of-a-kind Washburn Cabin is a huge step up from your typical camping experience. Set in a private little lot that makes you feel like you're in the woods yet you're just minutes from the best restaurants, shopping and quaint towns that the Hudson Valley has to offer. This air-conditioned/heated cabin is a sexy little getaway for two like no other! Boasting a memory foam mattress with lush bedding and comfy club chairs to ensure a completely relaxing getaway.

The outdoor kitchen helps you to connect to nature as you brew your morning coffee! Sink with running water, k-cup coffee maker, mini-fridge, cooler and grill with side burner are just some of the amenities you will enjoy during your stay. You can comfortably enjoy your morning coffee and farm fresh egg breakfast on the covered outdoor kitchen deck on the two person table. Or head over by the fire pit with comfy adirondack chairs. A warm shower al fresco is sure to waken your senses and get you ready for a day of exploring in the Hudson Valley or simply staying put at the Cabin with your favorite book.

You will have your own free off street parking spot. On the way to the cabin, you will see the porta-potty that is cleaned out weekly and sanitized between each guest. It is stocked with plenty of toilet paper, hand sanitizer, body wipes and sanitizing wipes! Our guests always rave that our porta-potty's are the cleanest they've ever seen.

This getaway is perfect for those who are not convinced about camping in a tent just yet but are willing to test the waters in an actual cabin with windows, shades and a door! Nature is calling you but you'd rather sleep with the comfort of solid surroundings and air conditioning or heating. We get it! THIS is for you! So book your stay today....you will not regret it!

When the temperatures drop, usually in November, we must turn off the water hose in order to preserve the hose and keep it from freezing. We provide water in 5 Gallon jugs for cleaning dishes and for personal hygiene. Please note, sometimes it gets so cold that the water freezes! During those times, we suggest bringing in water that you will use on a daily basis. We will provide you with a supply of paper plates, cups and plastic utensils! Water is typically turned back on in April. Unfortunately, we can't say exactly when in April as it truly depends on Mother Nature! Temperatures need to be above 40 degrees for multiple days before we can turn the water back on!

While we are located in a neighborhood, cell phone service can be spotty. We personally have not had any issues. We hope that once you arrive at the cabin, you’ll settle in and realize that disconnecting will help you reconnect to yourself! Otherwise, we have WIFI!

**While we are a dog friendly property, we do charge a one-time pet fee of $50. We love our fur babies but it does take longer to clean after them and they cause more wear and tear! Please be sure to add them to your reservation. We reserve the right to limit size and amount of dogs per reservation**

***Please note our Strict Cancellation Policy. We strongly recommend that you purchase trip insurance for your reservation!! There are many companies out there that will give you different options at affordable prices! Please do your research.***

That place was impossible to heat at all,the heater is super small and after waiting hours the temperature was almost the same. The host removed the tap from the sink, was not possible even to wash hands after the bathroom. I want a refund

One suggestion- perhaps a composting toilet instead of a port-a-potty. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay! The property is beautifully & thoughtfully designed & maintained. It might also be good to market it as glamping, since from the Expedia post it seemed like the cabin had a kitchen and toilet in the cabin and I was surprised with the Porta Potty and outdoor shower and kitchen. Admittedly, I didn’t read the Expedia post so closely before reserving. But especially with the colder weather now I would recommend preparing guests for the cold and outdoor toilet and kitchen and shower. We did have some good laughs and cozy snuggles.

Our stay was exactly as expected from the listing. This property is centrally located amid all the things we wished to do while visiting the Hudson Valley. The hosts have created a hidden oasis in the most unexpected place. Their attention to every detail made our stay very enjoyable.

Lovely little place, a beautiful getaway.
The owners were great at setting us all up and were very nice and accommodating. This was a cute little house but be aware it is very small and there is no indoor shower or bathroom. Also no AC until after Memorial Day which made the humidity a challenge. All in all we made do and had a terrific time.
