- 48 m2 apartment completely renovated since the beginning of 2026 on the second floor of a two-storey residence. We have taken great care in this renovation to make it a pleasant and comfortable place to stay. This accommodation is composed of an entrance with storage, a well-equipped kitchen area with island open to the central room, a comfortable living room with sofa bed (bed bed), a work area with desk, a bedroom bed 140 new bedding and storage, a neat bathroom (shower, sink, washing machine), toilets separate from the bathroom. You will have a free dedicated parking space in private parking. You will enjoy the city centre of Saujon, very close to the thermal baths as well as the shops of the district. A minute drive from several supermarkets, the municipal swimming pool, a theatre.
