We had some issues with damages in the apartment.The londlord offered without beeing ask for a compensation,which we appriciated.Parking is really convenient,also supermarketcloseby.Beach just 3 min away.So the location is nice.

Warmly recommended for a beach trip

The apartment looked smart and newly furnished. We had a very comfortable stay and found the apartment to very well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful, responding promptly to any questions or requests. The short walk to the beach was a great benefit. The large supermarket was also a short walk away, for convenience.

Nice house but it was so cold. Next day we found floor heating! Dishes were dirty but otherwise kitchen was good. Good location and near by coffee was so good!

Very disappointing stay. Plaster fell twice from our balcony ceiling, including just above where my son had been working. No inspection or repair was done. The building’s exterior is visibly crumbling and neglected. Our room was never cleaned, the sliding door was broken, and we received only three towels for three people for a four-day beachfront stay. Only after requesting more did we receive three additional towels. The wooden walkway to the beach is broken in several places and unsafe. The garage was poorly lit and unsecured. No staff were present at checkout, and our calls went unanswered. We reported this to both the hotel and Expedia and received no response. I do not recommend this property.

Lovely place for family if You come prepared

Hotel/flat is in wonderful location. Close to main road which connects seaside villages to Riga. It’s less then 5 minutes walk away from seaside which is quiet and family friendly. Apartment complex has 2 playgrounds and a trampoline. There is a cafe and a spa (we didn’t use it so can’t comment on that) in complex. We stayed in the flat which seems to be made out one bigger flat. That means that there is another front door within flat which is also rented out. Anyone walking in or out of flat can be heard (2 main doors slammed). Our flat unfortunately was facing road (very busy road) and that meant no good night sleep for us because the windows did not isolate any noises. Interior of the flat is decent- basic Ikea. That said - I did fall of the chair eating dinner because it split (i’m not an elephant). Apartment has washing machine (no detergent), has sink and pots/cutlery (no washing up liquid), has tiny coffee machine (2 coffee pods available, 2 sugars, 2 sachets of salt). Nothing else. So if You are planning to stay longer that couple of days You need to buy everything for cooking and cleaning up. Bed was ok but all the bedding was over-washed and over-worn. The person responsible for apartment complex was helpful, he was present - not difficult to find him. So when we asked to fix bathroom door (which did not lock or close) he did it within an hour. There is underground parking- very strict security and tight spaces.

Appartement très sympa, récent avec tous le confort (machine à laver, frigo, plaques de cuisson, etc). Par contre, le canapé lit pour les enfants étaient troué, sale et peu confortable... L'accès à la plage est très rapide, c'est magnifique !

Nice modern apartments close to the beach

Very spacious, well equipped with WiFi and Smart TV. Comfy beds and living space, good amenities and friendly staff. Underground parking and 24hr security, all within a 45 min drive of major attractions such as Sigulda and Ligatne.

Check in was very difficult as we couldn’t find the reception, it REALLY needs some signs!! The apartment was clean and spacious and well equipped in the kitchen and with small washer, iron and board, drying rack, extra bedding and towels. The car park is in the basement under the apartments which is very organized with an attendant. As there was no elevator it was a bit of a hike up to the third floor from the basement with luggage to carry. There was a large tv and one a/c unit in the living room but not in the bedroom. The balcony had a small table and two chairs, it would have been nice to have the same inside for somewhere to eat at as there is plenty of space.

Sinällään aivan mukava self-catering vaihtoehto rannalla, mutta ympäristön ravintolatarjonta on huonoa (tai emme ainakaan onnistuneet löytämään), huone oli talon pimeällä puolella ja tielle oli matkaa alle 10m. Lisäksi kannattaa huomioida se, että vaikka hotelliosa on pieni niin kokonaisuus on aikamoinen sovhoosi kun mukaan laskee omistus/time-sharing huoneistot. Huone siisti ja tilava, joskin esim. mikroa ei ollut vaikka kuvauksen mukaan piti olla.
