  • This holiday cottage is located 40km from Verdun and Sedan in a charming, very quiet village. With its eight streets radiating outwards and its ramparts, this former royal stronghold was built by Francis I in 1545 near the Meuse River. Between Stenay (home to a brewery) and Dun-sur-Meuse, you can explore the treasures of northern Meuse and the remains of the Battle of Verdun (41km away). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 1 child's bed, WC, shower room, washing machine.

    Downstairs: fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and extractor hood. A dining room and a living room with fireplace, television, WC, electric and wood heating.

    Enclosed grounds, terrace, outbuilding, private parking for 2 enclosed spaces in the driveway. Bed linen provided.
    Tourist tax: €0.50/day/person

    Utilities not included (approximately €20/week in winter, depending on consumption).

    The house is semi-detached, with each unit having its own entrance.

Leuk huisje op het platteland

Het voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen. Een zeer rustig dorpje met aardige mensen. Veel natuur en geen lichtvervuiling in de nacht. Stadjes en supermarkten in de buurt, 15-30 minuten. De gites is berekend op ca 6 personen en ruim voorzien van servies en bestek. Er was een overvloed aan keukengerei wat fijn was voor de chef ;)

Das Haus ist wunderbar, genau wie die tolle ruhige Umgebung. Etwas französisch sollte man können, da die Vermieter nur französisch sprechen. Aus diesem Grund war die Kommunikation im Vorfeld kaum vorhanden. Die Vermieterin dachte, sie könne mit uns nicht kommunizieren.
