3500 SQF/HISTORIC HOUSE WITH WARMED POOL IN THE OLD SAUMUR/GREAT VIEWS
- House of charm located in the space of the Cordeliers Convent ( created in 1280 and closed at the end of the 18th century ).
The main frontage was refurbished in the 18th century. Behind there are still parts of the 16th century. Middle ages remainders are still there too. Modern confort with a warmed indoor swimming add to the charm. House could be rented in all the seasons, winter included.
A garden with view on the castle and bbq will give a friendly resting journey
