"This property was fab. We had a lovely stay after a busy few days in Quebec and Montreal. It was a great place to wind down. We enjoyed a swim every morning in the pool. I’m keen on birds so was able to listen and identify on the Merlin app. It was so peaceful. The outside space was great we did bbq on our last night. The independant supermarket in Kemptville was our go to store for provisions. The house was well equipped. No tv apart from the one in the main bedroom. The one in the annex was set up for gaming. Not an issue for us as we preferred to read generally outside in the evenings. Super kitchen equipped with everything one would need for food preparation. Beds very comfy. Plenty of towels left for us. Was able to do a load of laundry before leaving for our flight home to the UK. Ate a real bonus after a long flight. Thank you for sharing your home with us."

"Liked the laminate floors in the room rather than carpet. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was fairly comfortable. Everything in the room (fridge, microwave, TV, faucets, sink, shower, toilet) worked well. Appreciated the many TV channels and the written instructions on how to navigate the TV channels and streaming apps. Breakfast was fairly basic (cereals, breads, yogurt, fruit, coffee and tea). No hot items, but sufficient for something quick to eat. Couldn’t walk to any restaurants or stores, but a large commercial area is only a 5 minute drive away. Carpet in the hallways could use with being changed, but other than that, good value for the price. Would stay here again."

"Puisque l'établissement est proche de l'eau il y a énormément de toiles d'araignées et des araignées. Il a fallu les nettoyer pour avoir accès a la porte de la chambre au retour du souper. Les plafonds de la chambre sont remplis de poussière et d'araignée j'ai aussi du en enlever plusieurs avant de réussir a fermer l'oeil pour dormir. Le service pour le dejeuner était très bien fait par la dame qui était la. Nous avons malheureusement dû retirer une mini toile d'araignée et une araignée sur la tranche de pain.. pour une nuit c'est correcte mais je n'y passerait pas un séjour plus long."
