Truly the best of both worlds, incredibly serene yet only 12 minutes from San Francisco, as well as, a short jaunt to both the Napa and Sonoma wine country. Also a short and pleasant bike ride to both charming downtowns of Mill Valley or Sausalito (and the Sausalito Ferry terminal), The very best of the houseboat experience, with modern amenities, a recently updated kitchen, and both bathrooms featuring Toto toilets. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets await you from two spacious decks.
