It comprises a lovely 39 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of approximately 417 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 39 m² living area with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: 2 fridges, an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A 6×3 m swimming pool (private, unheated) with an alarm available on request, a see-through fence around the pool area and an outdoor shower. Open from 1 April to 30 October
