The spa area, featuring a Finnish sauna and a walk-in shower, welcomes you with peace and relaxation after a full day of outdoor activities. Underfloor heating and linoleum flooring throughout the house create a cosy, comfortable atmosphere.

LOCATION

Welcome to the island of Usedom, Germany’s sunniest island with 40 km of wonderful sandy beaches, the famous imperial spas, and… That’s right! But there’s much more to it than that.

The Kiebitz holiday home is located on the beautiful and tranquil “back side” of the island, right on the water, at the tip of a peninsula between the Peenestrom and the Achterwasser. Even during Usedom’s peak season (June through September), you’ll find peace, relaxation, and the chance to experience the island’s stunning natural beauty here. The hinterland offers approximately 150 km of bike trails, 400 km of hiking trails, forests and lakes, picturesque fishing villages along the Achterwasser and Peenestrom, and unspoiled nature with white-tailed eagles and numerous other animals.

The island’s famous sandy beach is never far away, however, and easily accessible from the holiday home by bike or car (40 minutes and 20 minutes, respectively).

The tranquil and well-maintained village of Ziemitz is a district of Sauzin, located at the tip of the “Wolgaster Ort” peninsula near Wolgast. Ziemitz features a marina, swimming spots, fishing opportunities, a horseback riding centre, a children’s playground, a football field, and a ping-pong table (all in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home), as well as a seafood restaurant in Sauzin (1.5 km from the holiday home).

With an area of approximately 140 m² and its own garden, this modern holiday home offers plenty of space for up to 6 people. It stands out for its peaceful location near the water, as well as its high-quality amenities and well-organized functionality.

The GROUND FLOOR features: a spacious, fully equipped, high-quality kitchen-diner, serving as the heart of the home for relaxed get-togethers. It also features two functional bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and access to the patio and garden.

The UPPER FLOOR features: a cosy lounge with a sofa, TV, and a window perfect for reading. Additionally: the house’s master bedroom, a large bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a Finnish sauna with a window.
Large panoramic windows offer a magnificent view of the nearby Peenestrom, as well as access to the exclusive sun terrace.

The well-maintained GARDEN, featuring a lawn, fruit trees, berry bushes, a herb garden, and hedges, offers plenty of space (both sunny and shaded areas). Perfect for relaxing, playing, and barbecuing.

A CARPORT provides covered parking (with a 22 kW charging station for electric cars), as well as storage space for bicycles, strollers, etc. A second parking spot is available next to the carport.
