"The hotel was basic but nice and clean. Rooms were very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms were not cleaned well on daily basis. The first day only the trash was emptied, the other days were a bit better. The best benefit of this hotel was that it was associated with Westin across the street and we could use their amenities with our Sunshine hotel bracelets, which was fantastic."

"My husband and I used to live on island so coming back for a vacation with our 2 kids we knew exactly what we wanted and 7mile suites was exactly that. They had daily activities, a beautiful pool, a hot tub, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was amazing. Miss Claire definitely made our boys days on multiple occasions. Will be back and will stay here every time!!"

"I booked this hotel because it is a VIP property. However, there is no desk or staff to talk to. Therefore, there is no way to request an early check-in (other than paying for it upon online check-in), no way to request a room upgrade, or no way to request a late checkout. As a Gold member, these are basic services I should be able to request. This property should not be a VIP and I will not be returning there."

"Housekeeping is only provided once every 6 nights. They do not replace coffee pods in the room. We asked for a different room and the front desk informed us that they were fully booked despite the fact that the hotel was nearly empty. Seaweed was a daily issue on the beach. Prices were very high for food and drink however the food at the hotel restaurant was very good. The hotel rooms were outdated. Pools were very small. I would not stay there again."
