Garden Level apartment in ideal central location. Staying in this amazing home with one off-street parking spot conveniently right out back may be the most stress-free way to enjoy Savannah. Renovated well stocked kitchen. 2 bedrooms. 1 Bathroom with combination tub/shower. Newly refinished heart of pine original hardwood flooring. Beautiful living room with dining room combo in front of apartment.

Great quiet walkable location. Spacious, laundry, and parking. Everything was perfect for a 2 night stay on a 14 day road trip through the south. Savannah itself is beautiful sophisticated and charming. Great restaurants in walking distance. So much history and culture right out the front door.
The house was clean and comfortable and in a great location. The onsite parking was a nice perk - once we parked on arrival we were able to walk to everything. Would definitely stay here again.
My mom, cousin and I stayed here for a 3 day 2 night quick trip. The place was great, had all the amenities you needed and was a great location. I would definitely stay here again.
The property worked out wonderfully. Great downtown historic district building close to the hop on hop off trolley. Great coffee shop around the corner, convenient to the river walk area an just overall convenient and comfortable.
Came to Savannah to visit family . First time staying in the city, we usually stay on Tybee. This rental was perfect . Nice front patio to people watch . Walking distance to shopping , attractions and dining.
Perfect for a family of 4. Nice, clean, and quiet even if it is across from the fire dept. Central location..can go any direction and find something to see or do. Hope to visit again..
This place is definitely a hidden gem! With a private parking spot for a vehicle (parking in Savannah is rough), walking distance of river street, Broughton street, and 95% of Savannah sights, it is the perfect place for a small family, or two couples. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous! We will definitely be back!

Located in close proximity to sights and restaurants. Old world charm with modern amenities. Easy parking. We enjoyed our time here and will consider it again should we return.
Great stay here - we appreciated the private parking and the central location! Bright big living room and we also appreciated having the washer and dryer. It’s on a busy street so you can hear people walking by and the fire station across the street so I’d recommend a noise machine if you are a light sleeper.
Perfect location to everything and quiet! Beds were comfy, well equipped kitchen, and bath had soap, shampoo and conditioner. Property was quiet. Looking forward to visiting again!
Immaculate apartment and tastefully furnished. Perfect location for walking and sightseeing. The only negative aspect is that the apartment is across the street from the fire department which was quite busy and noisy. We did, however, enjoy our stay here.
We booked this house (as Savannah locals) for St. Patrick’s Day. This house is in the perfect location for the parade and has easy access to plenty of shops and restaurants. The management company was extremely responsive and easy to work with! This place is a must stay on your next trip to Savannah!
