The Space:

From the moment you enter, you'll be greeted by high ceilings, original hardwood floors, and beautiful views all exuding the charm of Savannah's past.

The living area offers a cozy retreat with comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Relax with a book or plan your next adventure using our complimentary cable tv and high speed wi-fi.

The living room has a deluxe memory queen size sleeper sofa. A pac n play is available to borrow upon request.

The fully equipped kitchen features updated appliances and all the essentials you need to whip up a delicious meal. Enjoy your morning coffee at the dining table while basking in the natural light streaming through the large open windows. We have a Keurig available with a selection of K-Cups and teas.

As you make your way to the bedroom, you'll find a comfortable KING size bed adorned with soft linens and plush pillows. The room's furnishings and tasteful coastal touches create a tranquil atmosphere, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration!

The bathroom is spacious with tons of room to get ready for a night out in the town. There is a bathtub/shower combo. We provide toiletries and fluffy towels for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the condo. There is a shared building entrance, but once inside the condo, there are not shared spaces. There are a few cabinets that are secured as owner storage.

The Neighborhood:
The condo is located in the heart of the Historic District. You will be right on Bull Street and York Street. There are shops, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. There is an active nightlife on Friday and Saturdays. You will be about a 3 block walk to Bay Street and 4 block walk to River Street. You will be just under a mile walk to Forsyth Park!!

Getting Around:
Parking is not included with this condo. There is first come first serve city metered street parking that can be paid with through the Park Savannah app. Be sure to check the street sweeper signage. There are also city parking garages. The closest will be the State Street garage at 100 State St. Uber and Lyft are available in the Historic District, there is also a free city shuttle, the DOT.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the cottage is located in the Historic District. There may be some city noises you are not accustomed to such as trains, church belles, traffic and the fire department is close by. A sound machine is provided to help minimize any unfamiliar sounds. There are tours that go by throughout the day and in the evenings. The windows are old and not sound proof. A pac n play is available upon request. The cottage has a very strict no pet policy and a very strict no smoking policy.
