Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

Entering on the ground floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime.

The kitchen is open to the living space, perfect for entertaining your guests. This quaint space offers stainless steel appliances, and is fitted to prepare a home cooked meal. Just down the hall, you'll find the king-size bedroom that features a private patio, great for an intimate meal or reading a book. Perfect long weekend

Summer Vacation

You can feel the history of the area outside but inside was one of the best places we have stayed. It was super clean, linens were soft and the bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend this unit.

Savannah Apartment

This property was perfect for my husband and I. It was in a very safe neighborhood and very close to Forsythe Park. We walked to the river every evening for supper, which was probably 3/4-1 mile. The home was very clean and the parking was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, great stay

Very clean. Walkable to everything. I enjoyed the historic neighborhood and having a free parking space was a huge plus! Unit had everything you need including washer/dryer and a kitchen you could use to prepare simple meals. I forgot to bring coffee so having some provided was very nice!

This was the best experience ever im so glad i didnt go to a motel this place was quiet and very spacious for the price they had dishes and cook ware that i could use it was a easy check-in process when i go back to savanna i will be using the same company thank u so much lucy savanna

Great little spot in an amazing location.

The place is in a great location, right on the corner of Forsyth Park. Well kept and reasonable space for a small unit. The only problem we had was the actual unit number and that advanced in my emails were not the same. I tried to get into the wrong unit.

Modern & comfortable

The apartment was beautifully remodoled very modern and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed staying next to Forsyth park, which is a huge park and has a lot of people on Saturday walking around with their dogs and going to a farmers market. And also the restaurant called Collins is very good. We had one maintenance issue and were able to communicate with the staff easily. And they took care of us right away. We would stay with this company again in this future

Nice location in the historic district. Right next to free DOT shuttle making access to downtown easy. No need to drive to downtown. Adjacent to beautiful park. Limited selection of walkable restaurants. Property was clean upon arrival and was exactly as represented in online listing. Bed was comfortable, kitchen and bath fully equipped. On-site maintenance quickly resolved refrigerator question. On-site parking was a plus. Unit was surprising quiet for city location. Very happy with our stay.

Good Location and walkable to hotspots

2 adults and 2 kids, we had a great time. The property is in a great location and has everything that's needed. The king bed was excellent instead of a queen, which was partly why we chose this one. It's ground floor, so no stairs. The property was clean on arrival. Good things provided like oven, full fridge/freezer, coffee maker. The only small gripe was it's the hardest parking spot to get to. They list it as compact only, but if both neighbors are there, it would've been nearly impossible to get into the spot. Luckily, we didn't run into any problems, and didn't really drive anywhere during our stay. Great experience overall.

Great location next to Forsythe park with easy access to bus line. The place was clean and spacious. The reason I didn’t give it five stars was that the street light coming into the bedroom at night made it difficult to sleep, there was a very thin curtain. There was a previous complaint about this and I was hoping this would have been fixed. They need to put a blackout curtain on the bedroom sliding glass door.

Our stay in Savannah

Location was excellent. There was only one hand towel in the room, and only one dish towel. The plastic shower liner was so cheap it clung to you when you took a shower. The light for the shower was not working. The bathroom vanity drawers could only open a few inches because it would hit the door mounding. The tv controllers for both tvs stopped working two days before we left. They needed new batteries.There was no dishwasher in the kitchen and no dish rack to drain the dishes.

Pros: Nice place, parking spot was a great bonus- pretty much the car was tucked in the back of a building our entire stay. It is older apartment building and the unit is on the lower level. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was on a nice, quiet street. We walked everywhere, it is about 25 min of strolling from the unit to the river walk. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops along the way. Cons: the shower stall is narrow and the shower curtain is being blown in by a fan and it’s touching a person taking a shower. Just do not like that. Moving it several inches out would make a big difference. There was total of 2 hangers in entire closet. We lived out of a suitcase for 5 days. Checkout was very simple. Overall we enjoyed our time here and would definitely book again. The little communication we had during the booking process was excellent and we didn’t have any issues during our stay.
