This is our second time staying here and absolutely love it. The house is beautiful with everything you need. The Location is ideal as well.

The property is very clean, super cute and exactly as described. The location is amazing, very centric. The only suggestion is maybe more blankets in case guests are using the sleeper sofa and maybe another mirror near an outlet. We loved it and will be back.

Fun Weekend In Savannah

The property is in a stellar location and the two parking spots are a huge plus! We were coming in early and the Management company gave us some good options to stay busy before check in. The one thing the kitchen needed is a wine opener but it was an easy walk to CVS to get one. It was the perfect place to stay

Garden Suite residence is perfect for exploring Savannah

My family of four lives the Garden Suite and due to its location was able to explore Savannah on foot. It was clean and comfortable and we loved our stay.

Home Away from Home

Our visit in Savannah was fantastic. The Garden Sweet was perfect in every way - from the accommodations (plenty of room, well stocked kitchen and very clean) as well as centrally located - we were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Labor Day Weekend trip to Savannah

The property was very very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil you might need. very rich and luxurious furnishings. The location can't be beat. close to everything. it exceeded our expectations.

Great location

This property was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Location is excellent, just a short walk to Broughton shopping, restaurants, a convenience market, and River Street. If you don't want to walk, a free trolley stop is just steps from the door. Having 2 off road parking spots is a huge bonus. We visit Savannah often...this will certainly be our first choice for future stays!

Everything was wonderful. The place was clean and had what we needed. We had asked about a blender and they brought us one right away. The location was perfect and the parking was an extra bonus. We would highly recommend it.

Very nice stay!

I recommend staying at this location. It's in a great spot, convenient to both the north and south historic districts. The house was very well maintained and comfortable. The A/C wasn't working properly until the last night but fortunately the apartment did not become overly hot. Other than that issue, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Weekend with friends

We enjoyed ourselves tremendously on our weekend stay. Location was perfect. Parking was a huge blessing. We parked our cars in back and never touched them again until it was time to pack up and leave. The apartment was just what we needed, very nice, all the extras we needed and easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Right off one of the squares, just perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

The property was in a great location. An easy walk and close to everything. The place was clean and nicely updated. Check in and out was easy and good communication with the management company. It is listed as a two bedroom however the second and smaller room had no closet or luggage racks but did have a dresser. The back or second bedroom was hard to keep cool. Would I rent this property again yes.

Ideal for us

Perfect location in walking distance of everything downtown. Convenient parking and no stairs. Very close to a bus stop for the free shuttle services. Nice place with original brick, well appointed kitchen, comfortable king bed in spacious master bedroom. Great response from the management company to a couple issues we had. The queen bed wasn’t as comfortable as the king and that bedroom was tight. Would stay again!

Nashville unit

New unit the layout was just ok. The unit was not supplied with some of the basic kitchen supplies such as coffee filters, sugar etc. the location is in a transition area but still very convenient to walking and close to downtown.
