The entire apartment is yours! We are situated in the heart of the historic district, so getting around on foot is best! There is ample street parking all around our home, both paid-metered as well as free! We are happy to provide more detailed parking instructions to help guide you when you book with us. The parlor level is up one flight of stairs.

Construction was interrupted by the American Civil War, and finally completed around 1868 by the new owner, John Wilder. The place is beautiful, I mean really classy with upscale everything and a kitchen that truly has all that anyone could need. Quiet and SO comfortable. Savannah is magical and this place serves it perfectly.

Beautiful apartment in the best location.

We loved our stay here. The apartment is beautiful, we enjoyed Savannah but loved coming back to this apartment. The bed is comfortable and the shower pressure great. The location is walkable to everything, from downtown to Forsyth park and very safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Flat in Historic Downtown Savannah!

My husband and I stayed for an extended weekend and loved everything about this place! It’s conveniently and centrally located - just a short walk to Forsyth Park and historic Savannah. The property manager was extremely helpful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved that it was a short walk to all of the downtown restaurants and bar scene, but well-removed from the late night noise and traffic of downtown. Would definitely stay again!

The apt is beautiful and comfortable. It’s a great location to be able to walk pretty much anywhere. While, at first parking seemed like it would be a pain it really turned out to be easy right in front.

Fantastic stay!

I was actually very impressed with how well kept the apartment was for being such an old building. The place was even better than the photos and we appreciated the decor - the chandelier in the living room is particularly nice. The apartment is in a beautiful setting, really close to the park and cute boutique shops. Eric was great too! We would absolutely stay in this home again the next time we’re in Savannah!

Historic Savannah

Great location with metered parking. We suggest getting parking passes from Mobility and Parking Services when you arrive. We were able to park right in front of the unit. We walked everywhere and the river about 15 minutes and the Kroger grocery store about a 12 minutes. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. Although we ate out the kitchen was fully furnished for those who want to cook in. We really enjoyed sitting in the cozy kitchen in the morning while having coffee. Unit has everything you will need. Great Host!! Quick response to any questions we had.

Historic Savannah

Nice location but the apartment is right on Whitaker St which is a major southbound throroughfare (noise). Spacious apartment with sitting room, adequate kitchen cookware, dishes, glassware (no salad utensils though). Silverware needed to be washed before use. Four bathroom towels were stained and mismatched.

Quaint little apartment in historic Savannah!

This apartment was just as described and pictured in the listing. My family and I enjoyed our four night stay very much. We used a bicycle taxi to get back from river street and uber for food delivery with no issues. This apartment is about a 15-20 minute walk to river street, depending on how quickly you walk. Overall this place is amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was sad to leave and I'm already looking forward to my next stay here. There is a florist shop right under the apartment and we were able to go in and purchase some beautiful flowers to enjoy during our stay.

Great Savannah location

Great location within walking distance to everything. Unit was fully equipped and comfortable for two people. The parking was conveniently located on street in front of unit and is free on the weekends. We will definitely consider renting again on our next trip to Savannah.
