It was a nice place to stay, the hot tub was a good time, fully stocked kitchen, no complaints at all with management, very fast response time. Easy check in, would stay again.
The home was very nice! We enjoyed the updated kitchen as well as the hot tub. The beds were very nice as well. The home was perfect for our vacation in savannah. It was very close to many of the activities and locations we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again!
The house was quaint, clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. Centrally located in a new hip neighborhood in downtown Savannah. It fit our needs perfectly!
The house is super cute, clean, and very cozy. We loved the location as well. Very short drive to downtown. Quiet area. We will keep this proprty in mind whenever we visit Savannah. Would definitely stay again!
A good friend & I take motorcycle trips annually. We visited Savannah this year & this property was perfect. We parked our bikes inside the fence behind the house that is on the alley way. Check in entry & check out was a breeze. House was clean and very well decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend & love to come back & stay here again.
Location is suitable for 4 people, close to most of the tourists places. Apartment is equipped with most of the appliances but some basic kitchen ingredients were missing (salt, coffee filter) . Host is very nice and responsive.

Great House Not So Great Neighborhood
We stayed here during the week of Thanksgiving. The house is wonderful. The hot tub was amazing! The only downside was the neighborhood. Rescue mission is right around the corner and there were a lot of people wandering the sidewalks.
I was a little put off by the parking but it ended up not being an issue. Note you are limited in where you leave your car 2 nights a week.
The house is an older home but seems to have had a remodel that was tastefully done. Like the kitchen and the rooms were reasonably sized.
The location was ideal for us. Lovely historic middle-class home from the the early 20th century. The kitchen and laundry room were well equipped. It was a pleasant place to stay. The trains in the morning were a little bit of an issue. The beds were a little soft and too squeaky for light sleepers.
Our stay was lovely! The property is in a great location to access any part of Savannah easily and private parking inside the fence made it more convenient. The fence can be a booger to get situated because of its condition, so we had to take extra care to make sure it was wedged in place and securely latched. The outdoor space was great for morning coffee or evening chats. Everything was well stocked and very comfortable, except the pillows! BYO
I would stay here again! It’s an awesome place for your next adventure in Savannah.
I stayed for my daughter’s dance competition for a week the house was very clean and had everything you could need in it. It was perfect. The neighborhood is the only problem it is kind of scary. But we were able to park in the back so that was great. The train didn’t bother me since I had to wake up early anyway. One of the best houses I have stayed.
I loved everything about this place! As beautiful as a home it looks in the pictures it’s even better in person! It has an old Savannah feel with modern artsy touches and everything was super clean. I felt at home instantly and my whole visit. Hot tub was awesome after all the walking. I loved that it had a surround sound being a music person when I’m relaxing at home or getting ready. Starland cafe across the street was excellent and great bonus. It was nice being a half block away from all the shops/cafe/bars I stayed in the starland area for. Would stay here again on my next Savannah visit! Thanks lucky Savannah for being a wonderful host!
Highly recommend this house. It was clean, nicely decorated, had everything I needed and a bonus… there was a hot tub. We walked to Starlandia for art supplies, got coffee at Superbloom. We shopped at Starlandia Strange and Picker Joe’s. We ate at Ukyio and Ardsley Station and walked across the street to Starland Cafe! I can’t say enough about this place and the location. I will be back. Oh and Mary, the property managers, was very easy to communicate with. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your lovely home!
It was easy to get in. The house was fine. The grounds were less than kept. I removed the ivy vines growing up into grill. The back ally was scary. House very loud and echo-rudden. Overall was okat. It was clean.
Long girl's weekend, we came to experience Savannah's beauty, history, and food. This was our first time visiting GA.
The house was adorable and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cups, silverware, and kitchen utensils. we especially loved the coffee options...regular coffee maker, Nespresso, and K-cup...coffee love!
Having utilized VRBO for years, this rental was the most stress-free I've rented in years. The checkout "to-do" list I hate was minimal and very reasonable. they provided plenty of dish soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, and linens. They also provided body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap in every bathroom. What a huge surprise!
The only issue we ran into was the bathrooms needed a little more cleaning attention, the gate doors were a bit of a pain, especially with a full-size vehicle, (although we were so grateful for the parking spot) and the living room could use another chair.
Tips from other travelers that we experienced- We did hear the train one morning at about 7:30 am but not every morning, the neighborhood did not feel particularly safe for after-dark walking or wandering around but was fine during the day and the weekend parking on the street got downright nuts...but was quiet during the weekdays. I loved this house and would definitely stay here again when visiting Savannah!
Comfortable and great decor. Well stocked kitchen. Some issues
As soon as you walked in we were very happy. The decor and furniture made us feel so welcome and relaxed. So many fun places to walk to during the day especially a vintage place for clothes down the street. I believe what people are referring to at night is the homeless shelter around the corner. It depends on who you are if you are comfortable with that. We are so it's not a big deal. The hot tub was wonderful but it seems like a slime was on the top until the attendant came on day two to clean it without request. The kitchen is better stocked than any vacation rental that I've been to. It's a charming place with with a washer and dryer a hot tub outback and a porch out front comfortable beds and decorated impressively. I feel it was super clean. It was about a $10 lift or Uber ride to River Street before tip and I would highly recommend that because there's no parking on there. Really appreciated having parking in the back off the alley. Either the driver or passengers need to open the wooden gates to get in but it's really priceless in this area. I really dig the artwork in this place if you understand it.I did get a ticket parking on the wrong side of the street on street sweeper day...
Totally my own fault. What I would recommend is just parking out back at all times. I appreciate the body wash shampoo and conditioner that they provided. Everything was there that you would need including laundry soap and soap to do dishes. I will return.
We loved our stay! The house was great - super cute, spacious, very comfortable beds and furniture. I was a little concerned with only having on-street parking, but that was no issue at all. It is a very small street with just a few houses. There was plenty of parking at any time of the day/night.Location was great with many walkable things to do. Will look into staying at this house again next time we visit Savannah.
Great restoration of historic home, very clean and nicely furnished. Neighborhood definitely in transition, enjoyed the shops and restaurants, but did not feel comfortable being out on the street at night, definitely would not be outside by myself at night.
